職種: チャネルセールスマネージャー 勤務地: 日本, 東京 雇用形態 : 正社員 Position: Channel Sales Manager Location: Japan, Tokyo Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Channel Sales 職務概要 このポジションは、収益成長と市場拡大を実現するためのチャネルセールス戦略の開発と実行を担当します。個人としては、チャネルセールス管理の豊富な経験、成功したパートナーネットワークの構築の実績、およびチャネルパートナーとの強力な関係構築能力が求められます。 主な職務/責任 チャネルセールス戦略企業全体のビジネス目標に合致する包括的なチャネルセールス戦略を開発し、実行します。日本国内のターゲット市場と潜在的なチャネルパートナーを特定し、優先順位をつけます。 パートナーの募集と管理リセラー、ディストリビューターなどの新しいチャネルパートナーを特定し、会社の市場到達範囲を拡大します。既存のパートナーとの強力な関係を築き、売上機会を最大化します。 売上目標の達成チャネルセールスチームおよびチャネルパートナー向けに売上目標を設定します。パフォーマンスをモニタリングし、データを分析し、チームが収益目標を達成するか超えるための戦略を実施します。 チャネルの強化チャネルパートナーに対して、会社の製品やサービスの理解を向上させるためのトレーニング、リソース、サポートを提供し、エンドカスタマーへの効果的な販売を可能にします。 市場分析日本市場のトレンド、競合他社の活動、チャネルセールスに関連する業界動向についての情報を把握します。この情報を活用して新しいビジネス機会を特定し、チャネルセールス戦略を調整します。 コラボレーションマーケティング、製品開発、ロボティクス分野のエンジニア、カスタマーサポートなどの異なる部門と連携し、調和の取れた成功を収めるチャネルセールスアプローチを確保します。 収支報告定期的なチャネルセールス報告書とパフォーマンス分析を準備し、提示します。チャネルのパフォーマンス、達成内容、課題に関する洞察を提供します。 予算管理チャネルセールス予算を管理し、リソースを効果的に配分して売上努力を最適化し、投資対効果ROIを実現します。 必要なスキル・能力・資格・必須要件 セールス及びビジネス開発経験3〜5年。 フードサービス業界またはPOSシステム、オンラインフードデリバリー企業などのホスピタリティソフトウェア企業で最低3年の経験。 フランチャイズ、大規模フードサービスプロバイダー、レストランでのマネジメント経験。 チャネルセールスまたはキーアカウントセールスの経験。
