企業概要 【Woltとは】 Woltはヘルシンキを拠点に、地域で愛される人気のレストランやショップとの出会いの機会を創出し、商品の迅速な配送サービスを提供するテクノロジー企業です。地域の物流サービスからリテールに関するソフトウェア、金融ソリューションまで幅広い技術を開発。2014年に創業し、2022年にDoorDashと協力関係を構築しました。DoorDashは現在世界27か国で事業を展開しており、このうち23か国において、Woltのプロダクトとブランドで運営を行なっています。 【DoorDashとは】 DoorDash(NASDAQ: DASH)は、消費者とお気に入りのお店をつなぐテクノロジーカンパニーです。2013年の創業以来、簡単にすぐ届くことが求められる「コンビニエンス・エコノミー」時代に、お客様からの期待に応えながら、より利便性の高いサービスを通じて地域ビジネスの発展に貢献しています。ローカル・コマースのために物流のインフラを提供することで、DoorDashは地域経済と地元のコミュニティの活性化を支援してまいります。 【チームについて】 カスタマーサクセスチームは2021年10月に発足し、収益拡大、成長するパートナー・ポートフォリオ作成の最大化に取り組んでいます。現在、国内40以上の都市から数万ものパートナーが、当社に出店しています。カスタマーサクセスチームは、レストランパートナーが当社のプラットフォームで成功するには何が必要かを見極め、会社を導いています。これには、レストランパートナー、ユーザー、オペレーション全てに目を配り、ビジネスを360度の視点で俯瞰する能力が求められます。本チームは、新しいプロダクトや、レストランの新たな販促方法を導入したり、業界の最新情報を入手するなど、カスタマ―サクセスへの手法を常に改善しながら革新的であり続けます。その結果、地域コミュニティを豊かに成長させることでより良い街を作るという私たちの約束を実現していきます。またカスタマーサクセスチームは、主に３つのチームから構成されており、マーチャントの事業戦略や新しい収益源となる事業開発を行うレストラン事業戦略/開発チーム、レストランパートナーの収益拡大へ向けた企画や提案を行うアカウントマネジメントチーム、既存のレストランパートナーのより良いオペレーションやWoltがデータに基づき培ったノウハウを共有する店舗オペレーションチームがあります。 求人内容 【勤務地】 東京、大阪、札幌、仙台、広島、福岡のいずれかのオフィス （月1回程度の出張が発生します。） 【仕事内容】 カスタマーサクセスチームの一員として、人材開発、人材育成の責任者として、新入社員及び既存社員へのトレーニングプログラムの作成、研修、教育、育成、パフォーマンス管理などタレントデベロップメントに関わる包括的な内容をオーナーシップを持って取り組んでいただきます。 また、カスタマーサクセス事業部のKPIの達成に向けて、ワークフォースマネジメントや、外部社員の教育、管理、品質管理をリードをしていただきます。また、社内の関係チーム(ex.HQチーム、マーケティング/新規・既存営業/戦略チームなど)のマネージャーと共に協業し、Wolt Japanの人材育成、タレント開発にも携わっていただきます。その他にも、チーム内全体の分析能力/プレゼンテーション能力/プロジェクトマネージメント能力などの底上げのために、後進の育成にも携わっていただきます。育成だけでなく、チームの文化形成や採用方針などにも積極的に携わっていただきます。 資格 【必須要件】 5年以上の人材開発及び人材教育またはそれに準ずる社会人経験 社内外のステークホルダーを取りまとめ、異なるチーム異なるポジションのメンバーと効果的なコミュニケーションを図り、プロジェクトを推進する能力 日々変化する状況に柔軟に対応し、早いスピードで施策実行をしていける方 日本語、英語が流暢（ビジネスレベル以上） 【歓迎要件】 外食業界及び小売業界、ロジスティクス業界への理解と好奇心をお持ちの方 人気レストランや地元レストランの情報、食に興味がある方 【求める人材】 日本の中小企業を元気にしたいという情熱をお持ちの方 能動的に業務を推進できる方 スタートアップでの環境を楽しめる方 環境の変化を心から楽しめる方 高い交渉能力と論理的思考を持ち合わせている方 社交的で人見知りをせず、ネットワーキングや新規の人間関係構築ができる方 人気レストランや地元レストランの情報に精通している方 その他の情報 【選考フロー】 書類選考→人事面接1回→現場面接数回→課題/面接→最終面接→オファー
