募集の背景 本ポジションは、 当社におけるプロダクトマーケティングおよび対外発信の機能をゼロから構築する「1人目の専任担当者」です。 当社は、世界中のビジネスの根幹を支えるERPを、構築方法・エンドユーザーの使い方ともにAI時代を前提とした、柔軟かつ拡張可能なものへと再定義し、企業の価値を最大化することを目指しています。 現在、当社のプロダクトは、技術的な先進性や柔軟性において非常に高い評価をいただいてる一方で、「Headless ERP」という概念は抽象度が高く、従来のERPの文脈だけでは、経営層や意思決定者に対してその価値が充分に伝わりきっていないという課題があります。 私たちが挑んでいるのは、単なるプロダクトの提供ではなく、「エンタープライズ・ソフトウェアの新しい前提」を市場に提示することです。 そのためには、プロダクトの思想や技術的価値を顧客の課題や意思決定に結びつく形で再構成し、市場における理解のされ方そのものを設計する必要があります。 シリーズA以降の成長フェーズにおいて、営業チャネルだけでなく、あらゆる接点でのメッセージングを戦略的に設計し、事業成長を非連続に加速させるため、当社の価値定義と対外メッセージを担うProduct Marketing Managerを募集します。 本ポジションの魅力 このポジションは、コンテンツ制作や広報活動を個別に担う役割ではありません。 当社のプロダクトが持つ技術的特徴と、ビジネス上の意味を結びつけ、それが社会においてどのような価値として理解されるべきかを定義し、その理解が一貫して伝わる状態を設計する役割です。 経営陣、コンサルタント、エンジニアと密に連携しながら、プロダクトの価値・意味づけ・伝え方を構造的に整理し、市場における認知の形成に関与していただきます。 カテゴリが確立されていない領域において、「何が価値として理解されるか」を定義する経験は、極めて稀有なものです。一緒に当社のProduct Marketing のあり方を作っていただけませんか？ 本ポジションのミッション 当社のプロダクトおよびサービスにおいて、顧客の課題・意思決定構造・競合環境を踏まえ、「何が価値として理解され、なぜ選択されるのか」を定義すること その定義が、営業・コンテンツ・PRなどのあらゆる顧客接点において一貫した形で伝達される状態を設計すること 具体的な業務内容 ポジショニングおよび価値提案の設計 ターゲット顧客（経営層・事業責任者など）の課題および意思決定プロセスの理解 競合および代替手段を踏まえたポジショニングの定義 「Headless ERP」「Composable ERP」といった概念を、顧客にとって意味のある価値へと再構成 メッセージングおよびストーリー構築 複雑なプロダクトの思想や機能を理解し、ビジネス価値・意思決定理由へと翻訳 顧客の課題・組織的背景を踏まえ、「なぜ今それが必要なのか」を納得感のあるナラティブとして構築 プロダクトに関する一貫したメッセージングの確立 コンテンツおよび顧客接点への展開 ホワイトペーパー、導入事例、Webコンテンツ、営業資料、PRなどの企画・制作 設計したメッセージングを、各チャネルに適した形で展開 Podcastやイベント等を含む中長期的な認知形成の設計 社内連携および伝達精度の向上 セールス・コンサルタント・プロダクトチームとの連携による認識の統一 営業資料や提案ストーリーの設計支援 社員の外部発信支援を通じた表現の一貫性の担保
