職務概要： Red Hat コンサルティングチームでは、JEE および最新のアプリケーション設計分野の経験を持つ、ミドルウェアコンサルタントを募集しています。 本ポジションでは、Red Hat のミドルウェア製品を用い、DevOps、CI/CD、コンテナ、クラウド環境を前提としたプロジェクトに取り組みます。顧客ビジネスにおいて実用的かつ実現可能な Red Hat ソリューションを構築するとともに、顧客のインフラストラクチャーおよびビジネスニーズを理解した上で、課題解決に向けた提案を行い、Red Hat テクノロジー導入に関する戦略的な意思決定を支援します。 また、アプリケーション開発コンサルタントとして、Red Hat OpenShift および Red Hat Application Services を基盤とした技術検証（PoC）やプロトタイピングを担当します。これらの結果を踏まえ、クラウドネイティブ技術を活用したエンタープライズアプリケーション開発の効率化や、継続的な機能リリースの実現に向けて顧客を支援します。 本ポジションは、日本全国の顧客を訪問しながら、新しいテクノロジーを積極的に学び、コンサルタントとしての経験を積み、専門知識を深めていくことに意欲的な方に最適です。 主な職務内容： 標準ソリューションの実装について、設計からデリバリーまでを責任をもって担当する 標準的なプロジェクトにおいて、特定の製品領域のデリバリーに貢献する アーキテクチャー設計の具体化に貢献し、担当プロジェクトにおいてタスクを積極的に遂行する プロジェクトのプランニングを支援し、プロジェクトリーダーが設定した目標の達成に貢献する 顧客の期待値管理において重要な役割を担う 顧客環境で問題が発生した場合に、関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトタスクを調整する Red Hat のテクノロジー、サービス、製品が顧客にもたらす価値やメリットを分かりやすく説明する Red Hat および顧客の技術リソースに対して、技術的な側面から支援を行う
