Field Service Engineer Kansai 【職務概要】 主に関西エリア(全国への出張もあり)の医療機関(主に病院やクリニック)を訪問し、特定保守管理医療機器である造影剤注入装置および線量管理システムの設置・点検・保守・修理を担当する。サービスエンジニアとして現場保守に加え、保守点検プログラムや機器の提案・販売を通じて、顧客へ直接的かつ迅速に価値を提供する。 • 製品の設置、定期点検、故障診断・修理、保守記録の作成および関連する請求業務 • 保守点検プログラム（保守契約）の提案・販売、顧客ニーズに応じたサービス設計 • 機器の販売（提案、見積り、受注対応、納品フォロー） • 放射線科内の他システム（PACS、RIS 等）とのネットワーク連携対応およびデータ管理に関する技術支援 • 担当顧客の顧客分析に基づく活動計画の策定と実行、PDCA による改善 • 関係代理店、スキャナメーカー（CT/MRI/ANGIO）との協業・調整 • コンプライアンス（医療機器安全管理、関連法規・社内規定）の遵守 【応募要件】 大卒・高専卒以上（電気・機械系）が望ましい、高卒、専門卒も可 普通自動車運転免許（業務で自動車を使用するため） 英語マニュアルが読める方（機器マニュアルが英語のため） 医療機器や産業機器の保守・修理経験（目安：2年以上）または同等の技術経験 歓迎（あると望ましいスキル・経験） -放射線科領域での業務経験（CT/MRI/ANGIOなどやその周辺機器の取り扱い等） -医療機器全般の業務経験 -ネットワーク、サーバ、データ管理に関する知見（PACS/RIS 、ネットワーク設定など） -保守契約や機器販売の実務経験（提案・見積・受注対応） -医療機関での業務フロー理解や医療従事者との折衝経験 -技術系資格（電子機器関連、情報処理等） 人物像 -自律的に行動し、責任を持って業務を遂行できる方 -顧客志向でコミュニケーションを重視し、チーム、社内と協業して課題解決に取り組める方
