アマゾンでは、“地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業になること”というミッションを掲げ、日々改善と改革が行われています。 今回アマゾンの物流拠点/ Fulfillment Center（以下FC。）にて、もっとも重視されている「安全」に対する中核部門をLeadするWHS Managerを募集します。オペレーション各部門と効率的に連携し、大規模FCの安全活動をLeadし安全文化を創造することで、お客様一人一人に確実に商品をお届けすることに貢献する役割を担います。 本ポジションが所属するWHS(Workplace Health and Safety)Teamは、アマゾンの物流拠点であるFCで働くあらゆる立場の方が安全で安心した業務を行う為の環境を提供し、ルールを整備し、関係部署と連携することによって、FCの安全をLeadする部署です。 現場に即した安全を提供するために、慣例に捉われず、リスクを捉えつつ剛柔な判断を行い、本来の安全を追求していきます。 WHS managerは担当するFCの自然災害、火災、FC内でのオペレーションに関わるリスク検出をし、それらに対しての予防措置、是正措置の導入、安全に関わる事故の防止と削減を計画し、関連部署と実行していきます。マテハンなどのMachine safetyや作業安全管理、標準化した内容をFCで実行しつつ、より効果的で効率的な方法を検討しNetwork全体へも展開します。リスクの低減、教育システムの構築や、データ解析による事故低減といった幅広い役割と責任を担いつつ活躍できるポジションです。 具体的には、担当サイトのWHS年間目標と計画作成・実施支援、リスクアセスメント、内部監査の実施、防火・防災対策の計画立案と導入を行います。 また、部下を持つ場合は1-2名程度の直属の部下の採用、勤怠管理、業務指導、キャリア開発/育成、メンタル面のケア、エンゲージメントの向上に取り組んでいただきます。現場を何よりも大切にしているアマゾンであるため、Safetyのスキルをベースに自らが高い現場力を発揮することも求められます。 更に社内のあらゆる部門と関わるだけでなく、社外のパートナーと協働で体制を構築して続けることが重要な業務となるため、Safetyのスキルだけでなく、ビジネスマナーに優れ、高いコミュニケーションでパートナーシップを築ける能力をお持ちの方からのご応募をお待ちしております。 Key job responsibilities ■ 勤務地: 大東FC 担当サイトでのオンサイト勤務が中心ですが、他サイトへ視察、監査、出張等もあります。 ■ 勤務は月10日休みのシフト制となります。（勤務時間9:00～18:00、年間休日120日） ただし繁忙期等、相談の上夜勤勤務が発生することがあります。 ■第一種衛生管理者 歓迎 （未取得の方は取得していく必要あり） ※Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Pointなど使用 ■本ポジションは将来的に転勤（転勤サポート有り）が発生する可能性がありますのでご了承の上ご応募ください。 ■本ポジションの所属部門等に関する詳細は、下記リンク先をご参照ください。 ・担当部門(フルフィルメントセンター）紹介：https://www.amazon.co.jp/b/ref=s9_bw_cg_OPS009_6b1_w?node=22317961051
