Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description ファシリティスペシャリストとして当社に参画いただき、cGMPおよび関連手順に基づき、施設・設備の安定運用、維持管理、継続的改善を担っていただきます。 当社のミッションである「世界をより健康で、よりクリーンで、より安全にする」取り組みを支える重要なポジションとして、倉庫および関連インフラの安全かつ安定した運営に貢献していただきます。 本ポジションでは、建物システムの日常運用、ベンダー管理、保守活動の推進、施設関連記録の管理を幅広く担当いただきます。 主な業務内容： cGMP/GxP基準、社内手順、安全要件に従い、施設関連業務を確実に実行する EMS（環境モニタリングシステム）、BMS（ビル管理システム）および関連設備の運用、設定管理、記録確認を担当する 施設システム・手順・記録がサイト要件に適合していることを維持管理し、逸脱・不具合発生時には迅速に報告・エスカレーションする 空調、電気、冷蔵冷凍、セキュリティなどの重要設備の安定運用を維持する 日常的な施設メンテナンス（計画、スケジューリング、実行）を推進し、必要に応じて外部業者と連携する 倉庫・オフィスレイアウト、配線図、設備図面などの施設関連文書を最新の状態に維持する 設備導入、施設改善、レイアウト変更プロジェクトの実行および進捗管理を担当する 新規設備の導入、適格性評価（IQ/OQ/PQ）、校正業務を関連部門と連携して実施する 設備台帳、保守・校正・適格性評価記録、ベンダー作業報告書などの文書・記録を適切に管理する 外部業者・サービスプロバイダーの窓口として、作業調整、入館対応、立会い、記録確認を行う ベンダー契約やサービス内容の整理・評価を通じて、適切な委託管理を支援する 清掃、害虫駆除、保守サービスなど、施設維持に必要な外部サービスの運用管理を行う 保管エリアの温湿度モニタリングを監視し、アラーム・逸脱発生時の初動対応および調査支援を行う 設備故障、不適合、逸脱に対する一次調査を実施し、是正・予防措置（CAPA）の実行を推進する 内部監査・外部監査・査察に向けた準備および対応を行い、オペレーションおよびQAを支援する その他、ラインマネージャーの指示に基づく業務を遂行する 応募要件： 施設管理、エンジニアリング、または関連技術分野の学士号、または、倉庫・物流環境における施設メンテナンスの実務経験 建物設備（空調、電気、冷蔵冷凍、セキュリティ等）に関する基礎知識 施設保守・インフラ管理および予防保全の基本理解 GMP/GxP、規制遵守、文書管理に関する基本的な理解 ベンダー・社内関係者と円滑に調整できるコミュニケーション能力 問題の整理、事実確認、適切な報告・エスカレーションができる能力 計画的に業務を遂行し、正確な記録を維持できる能力 日本語での業務遂行能力（口頭・文書） 歓迎要件： 施設管理、電気、機械分野における資格・認定
