本ポジションでは、エグゼクティブラウンジの日常業務全般を管理するとともに、チームメンバーの育成・指導、ゲスト満足度の向上、サービス品質の維持・改善を担っていただきます。（チェックイン・チェックアウト業務）、VIP対応、ゲストからのご要望やお問い合わせへの対応、クレーム対応およびサービスリカバリーを通じて、快適で記憶に残る滞在体験を提供していただきます。
また、フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、料飲部門、セールス部門などの関連部署と密接に連携し、円滑なオペレーションを実現するとともに、アップセルやヒルトン・オナーズプログラムの推進を通じて収益向上にも貢献していただきます。さらに、ラウンジの在庫管理、コスト管理、施設管理、ブランド基準の遵守を徹底し、常に高品質なサービス環境を維持していただきます。
主な業務内容
- エグゼクティブラウンジの日常運営およびサービス品質管理
- VIPゲストおよびヒルトン・オナーズ会員へのパーソナライズされたサービス提供
- チェックイン・チェックアウト業務のサポートおよびゲスト対応
- ゲストからの要望・問い合わせ・苦情への対応と問題解決
- エグゼクティブラウンジチームの指導、育成およびパフォーマンス管理
- 関係部署との連携による円滑なホテル運営の推進
- アップセル活動やブランドプログラムの推進による収益向上
- ラウンジ内の在庫管理、コスト管理および備品管理
- ヒルトンブランド基準および安全衛生基準の遵守と徹底
応募資格
- ホテル業界または関連業界での実務経験（3～5年以上歓迎）
- 優れた接客力およびコミュニケーション能力
- チームを率いるリーダーシップとマネジメントスキル
- 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力
- プレッシャーのある環境でも冷静に対応できる問題解決能力
