- Lead end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations for enterprise customers.
- Work across advanced journey orchestration, XDM, Real-Time Customer Profile, segmentation, personalization, APIs, Web/Mobile SDK, and multi-channel activation.
- Opportunity to independently advise enterprise customers, lead discovery workshops, design solutions, and own delivery through go-live and post-launch support.
Annual Salary : 7.5 Million Yen and above
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize complex multi-agent workflows, state management systems, and MCP servers using frameworks such as ADK.
- Develop API integrations, databases, and middleware connecting GenAI tools such as Gemini and Vertex AI Agent Engine with live legacy systems, data silos, and security perimeters.
- Architect and implement RAG and vector pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases, search engines, and advanced RAG architectures.
- Build automated testing, evaluation pipelines, and observability tracing to track latency, token usage, hallucination metrics, and response accuracy.
- Act as an embedded field researcher by documenting operational friction and real-world deployment challenges and providing technical insights to product and engineering teams.
Job Qualification:
- Experience designing and developing multi-agent workflows and state management systems.
- Experience with MCP servers and frameworks such as ADK.
- Experience developing API integrations, databases, and middleware.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and search engines.
- Experience building automated testing, evaluation, and observability frameworks.
- Ability to analyze operational friction and real-world deployment challenges.
Required languages: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English required.
