AI Technical Lead

• Lead AI-Driven Application Development – Drive technical architecture for React (Next.js), generative AI, and cloud-native applications while shaping enterprise AI development standards.

• Technical Leadership in Global Projects – Collaborate with domestic and international engineering teams, lead architecture and quality reviews, and deliver large-scale enterprise web and cloud applications.

Annual Salary : 7 million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical architecture design for React (Next.js) and generative AI utilization development - Enterprise implementation of generative AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Define the following guardrails (quality, security) for AI-generated code
• Establish AI usage policies, review, and approval processes
• Spec-driven and code-driven development using AI coding tools, automate testing, and CI/CD
• Design and build cloud environments (AWS)
• You will lead development as a Tech Lead in collaboration with domestic and international engineers on projects utilizing web/mobile and cloud technologies. Selection will focus not only on immediate assets but also on potential.

Job Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in web app development and agile development
• Listening to customer requirements and defining/designing - Experience in design and quality review
• Cloud development experience - Experience designing React, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST
• APIs - Japanese N1 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering experience utilizing AI-assisted development or automation (1-2 years or more)
• UI component design and construction
• Experience in customer requirements definition and maintenance lead - Development experience on large-scale client projects
• Practical experience in Agile (Scrum) and onsite/offshore hybrid systems - English proficiency
• Experience in application development or operation and maintenance related to sales management tasks (POS, store operations, inventory management, promotion, CRM, e-commerce, etc.)
• Experience in CI/CD construction

Languages : Fluent level Japanese (N1 or higher) and Business level English.
