Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst for our CRM & Marketing Systems department, responsible for managing inquiries and issues in Japan's CRM and Marketing area. Serving as the central hub, you will support key projects and system enhancements, collaborating with Japan business teams, US support organizations, and vendors to improve system and support structures. Additionally, this role involves project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in CRM and Marketing systems, effective collaboration skills, and proficiency in project management.
Requirements:
* System Support experience, covering business requirement analysis, program design and development, and testing.
* Proficiency in both Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
* Previous experience with System Helpdesk or Call center operations.
* Ability to manage multiple vendors effectively in terms of quality and cost.
* Proficient in documentation, presentation, and facilitation.
* Knowledge of the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.
* Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and/or digital marketing systems.
* Proactive approach to system enhancement and support, with flexibility in thinking.
Preferred but not required:
* Understanding of store operations is highly valued.
* Proficient in project management within e-commerce/web systems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, embracing experimentation.
