• コンピュータサイエンス、情報システム、経営学、または関連分野の学士号または修士号取得者
• アプリケーション開発を中心としたビジネスアナリシスまたは関連分野での2年以上の経験。
• SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）およびアジャイル手法の知識。
• 高い分析力と問題解決能力。
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related field, with a focus on application development.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
業務内容
• 利害関係者と協力してビジネス要件を理解し、機能要件および技術要件に変換する。
• 開発者、テスター、プロジェクトマネージャーと協力し、要件が明確に定義され、理解され、効果的に実装されるようにする。
• 既存のシステムやプロセスを分析し、改善点や革新の機会を特定する。
• アプリケーションの開発とテストをサポートするために、ユースケース、ワークフロー、その他のドキュメントを作成する。
• プロジェクトの計画、見積もり、管理活動に参加する。
• ステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションをとり、プロジェクトの進捗状況を伝え、潜在的な問題を特定する。
• 開発チームに指導とサポートを提供し、アプリケーションが予定通りに納品され、ビジネス要件を満たすようにする。
• ユーザー受入テスト（UAT）を促進し、利害関係者と協力してアプリケーションがビジネスニーズを満たしていることを確認する。
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure that requirements are well-defined, understood, and implemented effectively.
• Conduct analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and other documentation to support the development and testing of applications.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and management activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and identify potential issues.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team to ensure that applications are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and work with stakeholders to ensure that applications meet business needs.
学歴
