EY GDS Business Consulting – Business Support Hub – Staff
As part of our Business Consulting team, we are currently seeking highly motivated professionals, to help EY clients across sectors on their Business Support Hub agenda projects. Within Business Transformation, you'll work as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping client organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. We work with our clients to find innovative solutions that create transparent and authentic customer experiences.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a consultant who will act as a strategic enabler for pursuit teams by providing industry and account insights, access to intelligence and reusable assets, shaping EY’s value proposition, and crafting client-aligned approaches—empowering teams to deliver competitive, insight-rich proposals that drive wins and business growth.

Your key responsibilities
- Understand pursuit objectives and required level of support, prioritize requests to focus efforts effectively, and align with pursuit teams on expected outcomes and deadlines.
- Build on existing knowledge to analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, generating actionable intelligence that informs pursuit strategies.
- Gather and enrich existing information on client account history, performance, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities, anticipate needs, and shape winning pursuit strategies.
- Shape a compelling perspective that demonstrates understanding of client challenges and anticipates potential solutions to address their needs.
- Identify and articulate EY’s competitive edge by showcasing proprietary, field proven methodologies & tools, highlighting successful case studies in similar projects, supporting the assembly of a team that meets project requirements, and helping to identify a panel of relevant sectoral/functional experts.
- Develop detailed project approaches aligned with the RFP’s scope of work, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to the client’s context.
- Curate and adapt relevant support materials for pursuit needs.
- Provide feedback on proposal content to enhance win probability, considering both technical quality and commercial aspects.
- Support other ad-hoc requests from pursuit teams as needed, ensuring timely and relevant assistance.
- Review proposal content to ensure it is free of grammatical and formatting errors, and enhance the overall look and feel for a professional, client-ready presentation.
- Enhance the visual appeal and overall design of proposals.
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance on proposals to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with client and pursuit requirements.

- Ability to communicate, making complex systems and situations simple to understand. You’ll communication visually, verbally and in written reports.
- Ability to manage projects –we help our client solve their complex technology challenges. You will need good project delivery skills to manage and deliver the projects across our key clients.
- Ability to learn new ideas and capabilities rapidly through self–driven learning and research. You’ll need to be able to assimilate new ideas and information rapidly.
- Good Research Skills exposure to various research tools and ability to conduct deep level of research on specific topics related to the Business Consulting/ Transformation engagements.
- Ability to benchmark client requirements against leading practices and identify client pain points and opportunities.
- Good leadership skills to enhance the relationship with key stakeholders and develop new business opportunities.
To qualify for the role, you must have.
- BA/MA/PG, or any equivalent qualification
- Bilingual with strong proficiency (Read, Write and Speak) in both Arabic and English
- GCC Arabic Accent (Highly preferred)
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Report writing, Customer handling, Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Exposure to AI/ Digital solutions
- Strong research and synthesis capabilities.
- Willing to travel onsite on client assignments
- Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM – 8.30 PM), as preferred (supporting Middle East Clients)
