Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Marketing Technology Project Manager in Digital Services (DS) Team to implement Marketing and Consumer solutions across the Japan and South Korea Operating Unit (OU) to drive growth objectives.

The role will provide with Digital Marketing Technology solution in working with Corporate Technology team, OU Marketing, External Agencies and Vendors to drive technical excellence in Coca-Cola Digital Marketing through best-in-class delivery leveraging Coca-Cola's global platforms and partnerships.

Will manage cross-functional virtual team and be a subject matter expert to deliver projects and programs. Whilst this is a technical role, it is vital that the individual has sound business knowledge of FMCG across Commercial and Marketing functions and can clearly understand the value chain within the Coca-Cola system.

This role will report to MarTech Senior manager in DS Team.

What You’ll Do for Us:

The role has duties across following areas:

1. Business Stakeholder Management:

  • Business engagement normally with business and system stakeholders in assigned single market/OU.

  • Works collaboratively with DS Service and respective OU DS lead to ensure DS strategies are aligned with their respective OUs' expectations, and that IT works as an enabler to achieve business objectives.

  • Works cross-functionally for the overall business relationship, and portfolio. Responsible for business client satisfaction of the IT end-to-end services within his/her scope of responsibility.

  • Understands the business strategy discussion, work closely with DS service peers, OU DS leader and business users within market/OU to help define, operationalize & support regional initiatives and strategies through disciplined management routines,

  • Being the services' face to regional OUs clients, providing the best IT recommendation on how to address business needs aligned with the strategies

  • Influences other markets for IT solution adoption whenever possible, and ensure the design, development, and implementation of global solutions that comply with OU´s needs aiming successful implementation of IT solutions.

2. Business analysis:

  • Understands the business requirements and processes and provide with advice and recommendation on potential solution based on global standard platforms and solutions.

  • Defines the solution requirements required by the business and coordinates the determination of applicable non-functional requirements to meet the needs.

3. Project Management;

  • Leads and manages cross-functional projects in assigned market/OU including all aspects related to resource management, project development and implementation of respective IT solutions and/or business process.

  • Handles and coordinates all communications of the projects with its stakeholders to ensure consistency in strategic alignment, processes, issues, status and results with support from his/her direct manager. Manages the task level project activities needed for application delivery and reports status and risk to governance functions during the duration of the project.

  • Manages internal and/or external resources working with COE. Ensure vendor’s compliance with TCCC project standards, guarantee correct project execution and high-quality deliverables, escalating to project sponsors and SLT (internal and/or external) whenever risks or unsolved issues are identified.

  • Ensures the use of TCCC standard technology platforms and apps development and security methodologies covering the full project development lifecycle

4. Service Management:

  • Provides oversight and coordination of DS services, in assigned business area. This role has responsibility for service planning, delivery, management and improvement activities under respective services.

5.Innovation

  • Continuously searches and evaluates innovative approaches and IT solutions aiming to take/maintain our Business at a lead position, bringing efficiencies, cost reduction to our processes and differentiated market recognition.

  • Shares and applies the best practices of relevant area regardless of region or location

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent required

  • Fluency of Japanese language, business protocol, and culture

  • Good written and verbal communication skills of English

  • 3-5+ of Marketing and Consumer products, solutions; technology; leadership and management experience

  • Excellence in Digital Marketing Technologies including

  • Modern MarTech & AdTech platforms (e.g. marketing automations clouds esp. Adobe Suite, CDP)

  • Web Content Management (Adobe)

  • Digital Asset Management

  • Precision Marketing, SEM\SEO

  • Mobility Platforms (smartphones, tablets etc)

  • Internet of Things (Beacons,etc)

  • Cloud Platforms as a Service (AWS)

  • Knowledge Management Systems (Sharepoint, Confluence)

  • Product Management and Agile/ DevOps

  • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, VersionOne, Asana, Azure DevOps, GitHub etc) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred

  • Experience of end-to-end digital services portfolio and budget management for a business of significant size and complexity

  • Experience of successful stakeholder management up to C-suite level

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results of influencing in a networked or matrix environment

  • Ability to understand business needs and execute on a business strategy, setting expectations

  • Demonstrated track record of product management and agile delivery methodologies.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving change, including the adoption of digital products and services

  • Deep understanding of CPG, particularly in the areas of Marketing, Consumer channels, Insights and eCommerce.
