Mobileye Japan is looking for an experienced Corporate Administration Manager to lead our Corporate Administration function in Japan.

Reporting directly to the CEO of Mobileye Japan, you will lead a team of three while taking direct ownership of key activities across HR & Labor Administration, Finance Administration, Procurement, General Affairs, Office Operations, and Employee Experience.

This is a hands-on management position. The role combines people leadership with functional ownership: you will guide and develop the team, while also personally managing key matters that require managerial judgment, cross-functional coordination, or collaboration with external specialists and Mobileye's headquarters in Israel.

You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of Mobileye Japan while continuously improving our processes and employee experience.

      • Provide guidance on employee and labor-related matters.
      • Support recruitment and contingent-worker administration as required.
      • Ensure global policies and programs are appropriately implemented and localized for Japan.

        • Support vendor onboarding, procurement, and supplier-related matters.
        • Collaborate closely with Mobileye's Finance organization in Israel.

          • Provide management oversight for facilities, workplace safety, disaster preparedness, office maintenance, equipment, company vehicles, and other workplace services.
          • Manage key vendors and external service providers.
          • Oversee office-related projects and ensure operational responsibilities are appropriately assigned and completed by the team.
          • Employee Experience & Internal Communications

            • Support initiatives aimed at creating a positive and effective workplace for Mobileye Japan employees.
            • Oversee employee engagement activities, company events, and relevant internal communications.
            • Coordinate employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
            • Partner with headquarters and local stakeholders on company-wide initiatives and communications.
            • Executive & Corporate Support
