Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business process by understanding sales, marketing, medical and customer engagement workflows, identify inefficiencies and do gap assessment
- Gathering business requirements by working with various stakeholders and translated business requirements into functional specifications
- Stakeholder management by collaborating with business users, IT teams, vendors and project managers
Job Qualifications:
- Should have hands on working experience of Japan Life sciences CRM Process (Veeva CRM/ Vault CRM)
- Should be able to work with customer stakeholders to know as is business process and do gap assessment of the as is customer CRM business process against standard processes
- Should be have good understanding on Japan specific CRM compliance and regulations
- Experience in Process analysis and optimization
- Should be proficient in Japanese and English language communication
Required languages: Fluent level Japanese proficiency(JLPT N1) and Business level Japanese.
