The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to gather AI-related requirements and provide comprehensive analysis.
- Play a pivotal role in the high-level design process, contributing your expertise to shape innovative solutions.
- Spearhead data collection and cleaning efforts, handling diverse data types such as PCAPs, Alarms, KPIs, CDRs, CHRs, and Logs.
- Undertake the pre-training of large foundational models using extensive datasets.
- Fine-tune AI models based on pre-trained foundational models and task-specific data, ensuring optimal performance.
- Design and implement robust APIs for seamless integration of AI models into various applications.
- Develop cutting-edge web applications that leverage AI models to enhance functionality and user experience.

Overall, the ideal candidate would be a proactive problem solver with a passion for AI technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, the primary working language to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, mechatronics, or related technical fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience with Python, Java, or C++.
- Proven expertise in pre-training large AI models and fine-tuning them for task-specific applications.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
- Proficiency in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
- Familiarity with Transformer/BERT/GPT models.
- Hands-on experience with web application development using Java/Node.js.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborative projects and effective stakeholder engagement.
