The Digital SSP AIWF is a solution sales role focused on helping education organizations achieve AI-enabled work transformation. This role engages with executives, academic and business leaders, education stakeholders, and technology leaders to support enhanced productivity and effectiveness, informed decision-making, improved education services, and responsible organization-wide AI adoption through Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related solutions.

Responsibilities• Identify strategic business, academic, operational, and technology challenges across education organizations and develop AI-enabled transformation scenarios aligned with customer goals.
• Lead customer engagements focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related AI technologies, emphasizing business value, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships from opportunity development through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Global Black Belts, partners, and cross-functional sales teams to develop, advance, and support customer opportunities.
• Lead pipeline development, forecasting, customer satisfaction, and value realization planning to support successful AI adoption and lasting impact across the education sector.
