The Digital SE Security is a technical sales role responsible for designing and demonstrating Microsoft Security solutions for education organizations. The role focuses on Zero Trust, identity, device management, information protection, threat protection, and responsible AI adoption to help protect learners, educators, staff, and institutions while supporting secure digital transformation.

Responsibilities• Position and demonstrate Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel, to help education organizations strengthen their security and compliance posture.
• Understand and address customer challenges across identity, devices, data, applications, and cloud environments, and design Zero Trust-based security architectures aligned with organizational goals.
• Define security and compliance requirements that support secure and responsible AI adoption and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness.
• Engage with technical decision-makers, technology leaders, security stakeholders, and education stakeholders to address technical challenges and support successful solution implementation.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to support the successful adoption of Microsoft Security solutions and enable positive outcomes across the education sector.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
• 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience in security, identity, device management, cloud technologies, technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or related customer-facing technology roles.
• Ability to translate customer risks, security requirements, and operational challenges into practical security and compliance solution architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate with business leaders, technology leaders, and security stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, or comparable security and compliance solutions.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles, information protection, endpoint management, cloud security, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Fluency in Japanese and the ability to collaborate effectively in English within a global and cross-functional environment.
