Role Summary:
Responsible for selling investment management services to institutional clients. Investment management services in this context refer to the full range of investment solutions the organization may provide, ranging from individual asset solutions (such as active equity/fixed income strategies, private assets, and hedge funds) to Total Portfolio Solutions (TPS), including full or partial outsourcing services.
The primary clients are institutional investors, including corporate pension funds, financial institutions, endowments, and foundations, with responsibility for driving sales of funds and separately managed accounts.
In addition, sell additional products such as transition management and custom portfolio solutions (CPS e.g., active & passive currency hedging, completion portfolios, downside protection).
Associates in this function may be eligible for a bonus.
Develops and directs short-term (> 1 yr) operational plans. A bridge role between mid-term and tactical focus.
Job Description:
This position has main responsibility to expand sales of Institution Clients (Corporate Pension /Financial Institution including distributors) and has broad responsibility to expand sales of broader asset management services (e.g., ranging from TPS to single asset class solutions), CPS and Consulting.
This position will coordinate / collaborate with other Client Services team members and Investment team members in the development of a solution-based sales strategy to clients.
