Team: Integration — OU Digital, Japan & South Korea Operating Unit

Reports To: VP, OU Digital, Data & AI Lead

The Coca‑Cola Company (TCCC) is evolving into a more digital‑first, data‑driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate The Coca-Cola Company system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

The Integration Lead serves as the strategic and operational bridge between business priorities, enterprise platforms, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of data, systems, and digital capabilities across the Coca-Cola ecosystem. This includes the deployment, support, and adoption of global products and tools, as well as delivery of Operating Unit (OU)-specific regional/local digital products, ensuring both enterprise-wide consistency and responsiveness to local market needs.

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end integration strategy, execution governance, and operational alignment across enterprise initiatives, enabling scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions that accelerate business value realization. The Integration Lead partners closely with global product teams, operating units, bottlers, and technology stakeholders to simplify complexity, standardize integration patterns, improve data flow and system connectivity, and ensure successful adoption of enterprise capabilities.

The role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, technical fluency, and the ability to translate business transformation priorities into scalable integration solutions that support Coca-Cola’s digital-first, AI-enabled operating model.

What You Will Do for Us:

  • Lead enterprise integration strategy and execution across global, OU, and bottler ecosystems to ensure scalable and interoperable digital solutions.

  • Lead the deployment, support, and adoption of both global products and tools and OU-specific local/regional digital products, ensuring integration priorities reflect enterprise standards as well as unique local market needs.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architecture teams, product owners, and delivery teams to align integration priorities with enterprise objectives.

  • Drive integration planning, dependency management, and execution governance across multiple platforms, systems, and data domains.

  • Define and implement integration standards, governance models, APIs, and best practices to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities to ensure successful deployment, testing, cutover, and stabilization of integrated solutions.

  • Identify integration risks, system dependencies, and operational impacts early and proactively drive mitigation and resolution strategies.

  • Partner with business teams to translate operational requirements into technical integration capabilities and scalable solution designs.

  • Enable effective data flow, interoperability, and synchronization between enterprise platforms, third-party systems, and bottler environments.

  • Support Agile program execution by managing integration backlogs, release coordination, prioritization, and delivery readiness activities.

  • Drive adoption of integration capabilities through stakeholder engagement, governance forums, training, and operational support models.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, integration tools, AI-enabled automation opportunities, and evolving enterprise architecture needs to improve delivery effectiveness.

  • Partner with vendors, external partners, and system integrators to ensure alignment with enterprise integration standards and delivery expectations.

  • Operates across highly matrixed environments requiring alignment between business, digital, data, infrastructure, security, and bottling stakeholders.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on integration priorities, execution risks, dependency management, and transformation readiness.

  • Provides leadership, coaching, and direction to cross-functional project teams, integration partners, and technical delivery resources.

Innovation & Complexity

  • Solves highly complex integration and interoperability challenges involving multiple enterprise systems, data sources, business processes, and external partners.

  • Drives simplification and standardization across fragmented processes, platforms, and integration approaches.

  • Leverages modern integration patterns, automation, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve speed, resilience, and scalability.

  • Balances strategic transformation objectives with operational execution realities in fast-paced and evolving business environments.

  • Identifies root causes of integration issues and drives sustainable, scalable solutions across the enterprise landscape.

Communication & Influence
