環境・安全衛生管理スタッフ (Professional, Environmental Health & Safety)

＜職務内容＞

環境・安全衛生（EHS）の専門家として、Western DigitalのEHS管理方針、及び、法律を順守するための取り組みを行い、労働安全衛生、及び、環境に配慮した職場の管理を担っていただきます。具体的な業務は以下の通り。

- 化学物質管理
・化学物質管理者として、社内規定及び法律等に則り、労働安全衛生及び環境が
遵守されるよう管理する。
・新規の化学薬品使用についてリスクアセスメント等を行い、使用可否を判断
する。
- 環境及び安全衛生関連の測定コーディネーター(ベンダーと連携した作業環境管理)
- 廃棄物管理サポート
・社内規定及び法律等に則り、当社の廃棄物処理及び廃棄物削減プログラムの
改善をサポートする。
- 環境・労働安全衛生の管理プログラムを推進
- 校正機器管理室の管理

＜求人概要＞

【想定年収】600万円 ～ 800万円
月給：28万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年２回）
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、別途、裁量勤務手当を支給

【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

【諸手当】
-通勤手当（上限15万円/月）
※電車・バス・自家用車通勤可（ガソリン代支給）
-入社に伴い転居が必要な方に対する手当※社内規定による
引越手当（独身者/単身者：450,000円、家族帯同：750,000円）

Broad Functions

EHS professionals ensure the workplace's safety with safe or related requirements by inspecting and analyzing to identify potential causes of health and safety hazards, including implementation and ensuring the effectiveness of the environmental health and safety program.

Job Description

• Chemical management
  • Ensure chemical safety is complied with with chemical management procedures.
  • Review new chemical register, hazard/ aspect control, and legal compliance, including approved usage.
  • Conduct chemical verification, including summary inspection report and follow-up.
  • Act as a company-registered chemical controller, following the Law and Obligations Requirement
• Environment and workplace environment measurements coordinator
• Support Waste Management, identifying hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly, and supporting waste reduction program improvement
• Promote Environmental and Occupational safety initiatives program.
• Equipment Calibration Center

資格

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞

• 高専卒・学部卒以上
• 環境・労働安全衛生に関する国内外の法規制や基準等の知識を有する。
• 第1種衛生管理者の資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する。
• 倫理的及び積極的で、自立して考え、自発的に最小限の監督下で業務を遂行できる。
• 英語：実務での使用経験は不問ですが、業務上はメール等はもちろん、海外サイトやグローバルマネージャーとのミーティングに参加いただきますので、積極的に取り組んでいただける方を歓迎します。
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

＜あれば望ましいスキル＞

• 労働安全衛生や化学系の専攻、または、関連業務経験を有する方
• ISO45001、ISO14001等のEHSマネジメントシステムに関する知識
• EHSマネジメントシステムおよび関連ISO規格の文書管理者としての経験
• 危険物管理者 乙種第4類の資格
• ビジネスレベルの英会話スキル

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety and Health, Chemical Engineering, or an associate degree.

• Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, and standards related to the environment and occupational health and safety.
• Certified as a Class-1 Health supervisor or have equivalent knowledge.
• Ethical, proactive, mature, and able to make prompt and critical decisions. Having great initiative and the ability to work independently under minimum supervision

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of EHS Management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Experience as document controller for EHS Management Systems and relevant ISO standards
• Hazardous material handler Otsu Class-4

Skills

• Good English skills, both communication and writing skills
• Japanese: Business level
• Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT skills
