What you can look forward as HR Manager:

  • Accountable for coordinating key initiatives and projects, including efforts such as managing annual HR processes, driving talent management and development, and leading the employee engagement efforts. Provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design ders to develop and execute HR strategies, support employee and organizational development, and lead all HR process and activities for the assigned organizations. Work across functions to ensure that talent acquisition strategies align with business plans.
  • Monthly/quarterly reports based on global and internal requirements (e.g., headcount, people cost...etc.)
  • Main responsible for the HR budget of the location, and delivery of local transformation projects, manage, monitor and develop Labor relationship and dispute resolution (LR/ER Site, negotiation of labor contracts) and take countermeasure for HR KPIs of the location.
  • Ensuring HR Compliance to standard process, policies, local regulations and improving the collaboration with external partners
  • Initiate and execute country-site-specific trainings (educational training, shopfloor, etc.)
  • Interlink to HRBP (HRBP Division and HRBP Product Line) in regards of business focus (=business demand) and CoEs in regards of application of process standards and translating into local solutions to become compliant with local law and rules
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced HR team members and Site Leadership team.
  • Problem resolution (case & escalation management)

Your Profile as HR Manager:

  • 10+ years of Professional experience in HR and international environment, and at least 5 years of experience in HRBP (prefer to have HR leader exp)
  • Excellent consulting expertise and excellent communication skills
  • Service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent
  • Business orientation, moderation competence, analytical skills, and excellent conceptual capability.
  • Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • 10-30% domestic biz trip in Japan.
