Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and related marketing activities.
- Create catalogs, manuals, and promotional materials for new products by leveraging digital marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the sales team to support customers at their sites
- Explain the operation and usage of analytical instruments and related software to customers.
- Conduct laboratory-based demonstrations for users.
- Provide on-site operational training during product delivery and installation.
- Respond to technical inquiries related to instruments, software, and applications.
- Translate and create product documentation.
- Conduct internal training programs.
- Collaborate with the U.S. headquarters on technical development initiatives and perform a wide range of application-related activities.
- Exchange technical information with the U.S. headquarters.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline (Biology, Agriculture, Science, or Pharmacy required).
- Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
Technical Experience
- Experience in a marketing role is preferred.
- Experience as an Application Scientist (FAS) or in a customer-facing technical support role within the life sciences industry.
- Knowledge of cell- and protein-based analytical techniques, such as cell sorting, flow cytometry, electrophoresis, Western blotting, ELISA, multiplex assays, and antibody-based assays.
- Strong interest in cutting-edge spatial analysis instruments and related software, with the ability to proactively take initiative in daily work and make constructive business-related proposals.
Language Skills
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Fluent Business English is required.
- TOEIC score of 750 or higher.
Personal Attributes
- Proactive and highly motivated in daily work.
- Enjoys working with people and can engage with others in a positive and upbeat manner.

- A valid driver’s license.

＜仕事の内容＞
マーケティングおよびフィールドアプリケーションサイエンティストとして、マーケティング計画の立案とその業務、および同社の営業チームとタイアップし、客先（製薬企業、医学系薬学系大学、ライフサイエンス関連の研究機関等）で解析機器およびソフトウエアの使用方法の説明、ラボでのユーザー向けデモンストレーション、納品時の操作説明を行います。
技術に関する問い合わせ対応、製品資料の翻訳作成、社内トレーニングおよび米国本社とのコラボレートによる技術開発、デジタルマーケティングの活用した新製品のカタログ、マニュアル作成、販促活動など幅広いアプリケーションおよびマーケティング業務。米国本社との技術的情報の交換など。

＜対象となる方＞
理系（生物・農学・理学・薬学）大卒以上で細胞、タンパク質の分析、フローサイトメーター、ウェスタンブロット、ELISA、マルチプレックス、抗体などの知識のある方、修士・博士の方歓迎
・一般的な細胞生物学のベンチテクニック、特に哺乳類細胞培養、タンパク質分析に関する3年以上の実務経験
・セルソーティングやフローサイトメトリーに関する経験がある方
・電気泳動などタンパク質解析装置の経験ある方
・マーケティング職のご経験がある方
・ライフサイエンス業界でアプリケーションサイエンティスト（FAS）の経験のある方
・TOEIC750点以上、ビジネスレベルの英語力（会話要）のある方
