Job Description
  1. Budget and Purchase Order Management: Assist in budget planning and monitor campaign expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial guidelines. Raise and manage Purchased Order request.
  2. Marketing campaign support: Support to identify global campaigns and content relevant for the Japan market, and collaborate with the team to localize and launch.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in marketing workflows to enhance productivity and effectiveness continually.
  4. Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Track and work to rectify any inconsistencies in campaign performance results reflecting in the CRM and Marketing dashboards in collaboration with central marketing ops to ensure campaign progress is reflecting correctly and in a timely manner. Track KPIs set for marketing campaigns and conduct regular performance evaluations. Share insights into campaign performance, utilizing CRM and MA data to provide insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  5. CRM and Marketing Quality and Automation Management: Oversee CRM system data quality and operations, and utilize marketing automation tools for personalized and targeted communication.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.
  7. Target Assessment: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and maintain a target company list. Utilize market research, CRM data, and industry insights to assess and prioritize target companies based on their potential for strategic partnerships or business expansion.
  8. Contribution to Business Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for business growth through marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning to maximize ROI and market penetration


Qualifications

  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  5. Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing activities with broader business objectives.
  6. Adaptability to changing market dynamics and business needs.
  7. 1+ years previous experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
