Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development and optimization of features that improve the experience for users and internal stakeholders. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and translate customer needs into actionable solutions. You’ll drive data-informed prioritization and own the end-to-end delivery from ideation to launch. This is a growth-focused position with a mission to scale LodgeLink’s ecosystem for workforce travel and accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and user needs
- Develop and maintain a data-informed product roadmap for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, AMs, Engineering, QA, and Design to deliver high-quality features
- Communicate plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to enable successful launches
- Define actionable requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
- Manage development from ideation to release ensuring timely delivery of impactful initiatives
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with engineering teams
- Proven ability to define and deliver successful digital products or features
- Excellent problem-solving with a user-centric approach
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing cross-functional teams
