Description
* Gain in-depth knowledge of the Japanese market, competitive strategies, and avenues for growth. Develop and implement channel strategies to effectively capitalize on growth opportunities.
* Lead efforts to meet or surpass order commitments and achieve year-over-year growth targets (Aiming for over 15% growth annually for the next three years across the complete Energy portfolio).
* Establish a systematic approach to engage existing channels in order forecasting, project pursuit, inventory management, and both short-term and long-term investments.
* Take ownership of the channel and motivate channel partners to commit, providing necessary support on the Techno-Commercial front as needed.
* Analyze the market potential, key drivers, competition, and pricing dynamics for product portfolios in Japan.
* Devise a penetration strategy by identifying early successes and potential breakthrough opportunities.
* Collaborate with Asia leadership and Business Unit stakeholders to implement the strategy across various channels (direct/indirect), marketing initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, and project pursuits.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
* Demonstrated history of achievement in sales and marketing, including experience with both direct and indirect channels (via channel partners).
* Minimum of 5 years of involvement in the Oil & Gas sector, encompassing all segments: upstream, midstream, and downstream.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Flow measurement and associated technologies/solutions.
* Ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
