Main responsibilities:
This position reports to Sales Team Leader, Account Sales Group and regularly report to her/him.
- Develop new markets/accounts that will become core business in near future.
- Develop sales initiatives for target market/account and achieve maximize order intake.
- As activities for ‘Account Management’, create and make progress Account plan and Action plan.
- Build strong relationships with target customers.
- Manage customer information, opportunities progress and own activities (Customer visits, phone, etc) by utilizing CRM.
- Offer flexible solutions to customers with other teams. (Engineering team, etc)
- Perform other duties assigned to sales in a professional manner.
For the first 3 (max6) months after joining us, you will have training, and will learn about our business, process and organization. Such as…
- Customer Relations, Quotations, Order processing, Coordination of internal and external delivery dates and shipments, etc.
- Coordination with other departments for customer orders and quotations such as information sharing for process, pricing, and delivery dates,etc
Qualifications:
Education/degree
- Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering or Business is required.
Work experience
- 5+ years sales experience as sales representative, sales engineer or any sales relations role.
- Experience of Solution sales. (Not route sales)
- Using CRM experiences are highly desired.
- Overseas working experiences are big plus.
