Department Overview
We are responsible for creating customer touchpoints through real-world channels and driving business growth, with a core focus on the operation of Rakuten Mobile shops. Our stores are not merely places for signing contracts; they play a vital role in supporting the brand experience as the "front line of customer engagement," offering services across the entire Rakuten Group, including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce.
The Sales Planning Group serves as a core function connecting management and the field by visualizing and analyzing various KPIs and translating them into sales strategies for the Rakuten Mobile shop business. With the rapid expansion of our store network, there is a growing demand for the construction and advancement of a data-driven decision-making foundation.
This position plays a key role in enhancing the accuracy of business decision-making by analyzing and visualizing various data related to the store business and handling management reporting. Specifically, you will be directly involved in steering the entire business through the creation of reports for executive management and the operation of management meetings.

We are looking to add new members to our team to strengthen our sales planning functions-bridging management and the field-by enhancing the accuracy of data-driven decision-making and responding quickly to changes in the business environment and field conditions.

Position Details
This position is responsible for supporting business decision-making and advancing sales strategies through the analysis and visualization of various KPIs and management reporting for the Rakuten Mobile shop business.

- Data aggregation, analysis, and preparation of materials for management decision-making, reporting, and operation of meetings based on various shop KPIs (number of visitors, number of contracts, contract rates, average revenue per user, etc.).

- Promoting the efficiency and sophistication of analytical tasks through the organization of various data and the construction of data flows.

- Planning and executing responses to ad-hoc requests from the President and urgent projects.

Work Environment
Sales Planning Group: 10 members
Breakdown: 1 Manager, 2 Assistant Managers, 7 Members

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Practical experience in at least one of the following: Sales Planning, Business Planning, Corporate Planning, Data Analysis, or Reporting.

- Experience in aggregating data, analyzing performance, identifying issues, and proposing improvements using performance indicators such as revenue, visitor numbers, contract numbers, and contract rates.

- Experience in creating materials for executive or management levels, reporting, and operating management meetings.

- Practical experience in data aggregation and processing using Excel (capable of performing tasks using VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.).

- Experience in driving projects while coordinating with relevant departments and responding flexibly to sudden requests and changes in priorities.

- TOEIC score of 600 or higher

- Ability to respond quickly to sudden changes.

- Ability to take initiative and share information for the sake of organizational goals.
