■業務内容
福島県を中心とした東北エリアにて、病院で使用される滅菌・洗浄機器および関連製品の提案営業をお任せします。
医療現場では、手術や検査で使用した器具の洗浄・消毒・滅菌が欠かせません。当社はそれらを支える医療機器を取り扱っており、多くの医療機関で導入されています。
お客様は医師、看護師、手術室責任者、中央材料室責任者、事務部門など。病院ごとの課題やニーズをヒアリングし、医療安全の向上や業務効率化に貢献するソリューション提案を行います。
■業務詳細
・滅菌・洗浄機器および関連消耗品の提案営業
・手術室や中央材料室の責任者、医師、看護師、事務部門への課題ヒアリングおよび提案
・既存顧客への定期訪問、機器更新や追加導入の提案
・販売代理店と連携した営業活動
・学会・展示会での製品紹介
・導入後のフォローおよび問い合わせ対応
■担当エリア
福島県を中心とした東北エリア （福島県・宮城県・山形県・岩手県の一部を想定）
※自宅からの直行直帰を基本とした営業スタイルです。
■取り扱い製品
・過酸化水素プラズマ滅菌器および関連消耗品
手術器具などを安全に再利用するための低温滅菌機器です。
・内視鏡洗浄消毒器および関連消耗品
胃カメラや大腸カメラなどの内視鏡を自動で洗浄・消毒する機器です。
・滅菌保証関連製品および関連消耗品
滅菌工程が適切に行われていることを確認するためのインジケータやモニタリング製品です。
■当社営業の特徴
院内の滅菌・感染対策に関する課題解決を行う提案型営業です。製品力が高く、国内トップクラスのシェアを誇るため、自信を持って提案できます。
また、成果は評価制度へダイレクトに反映されるため、「営業力で勝負したい」「実力を正当に評価されたい」という方に最適な環境です。社内アワードや海外研修など、成長機会も充実しています。
■働き方
直行直帰を基本とし、自身でスケジュールを組みながら活動します。
故障時や技術的な対応は専門エンジニアが担当するため、営業が頻繁な緊急対応に追われることは少なく、お客様への提案活動に専念できる環境です。
残業時間は月平均20時間程度で、ワークライフバランスも大切にしながら働くことができます。
■業務の流れ
入社後は東京オフィスでの導入研修を実施。その後、先輩社員との同行営業を中心に約2か月間の研修を行い、製品知識や営業スキルを習得していただきます。
■配属部署
現在、日本全国に9つの営業チームがあり、それぞれ3～7名の営業社員が在籍しています。

普通自動車運転免許（AT限定可）をお持ちで、以下いずれかに該当する方
・法人・個人問わず営業経験をお持ちの方
