Required 必須要件
- 建築・インテリア・設備に関する総合的（技術・コスト・購買・管理）知識と業務経験8年以上
- プロジェクトマネジメント業務に関する知識と業務経験5年以上
- プロジェクトマネジメントの実行に必要とされるその他の経験
- 英語でのサービス提供（TOIEC 800点以上）
Preferred あれば尚可
• 技術士、一級建築士、一級建築施工管理技士
• 宅地建物取引主任者
• 認定ファシリティーマネージャー
• PMP
