We are currently hiring a talented Territory Account Manager to join our team in Osaka, Japan.

RUCKUS Networks is a global leader in delivering innovative Wi-Fi, switching, and networking solutions for enterprises, educational institutions, government organizations, and hospitality environments. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share across Eastern Japan. This highly visible sales role focuses on developing account strategies, generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our partner ecosystem to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Account Management

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers and territories across Eastern Japan.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding the sales pipeline.
  • Drive high-touch engagement with end customers to uncover opportunities and win projects.
  • Understand customer business challenges and propose solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and pipeline generation targets.

Partner Business Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and resellers.
  • Deliver sales and technical enablement activities to partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives and customer engagements.
  • Expand partner-led opportunities and effectively manage partner pipelines.

Business Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and business plans.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and opportunity management activities.
  • Provide timely business updates to management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Participate in and support industry events, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and customer workshops.
  • Identify and help develop customer success stories and reference accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on demand generation and lead development activities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments, providing insights to the broader organization.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT, networking, or technology industry.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and reseller ecosystems.
  • Proven success selling to enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese
  • Possesses a hunter mentality with a passion for creating new opportunities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving business environment

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN, switching, and networking infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience selling into Education, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Hospitality markets.
  • Experience working for a networking vendor, technology manufacturer, or IT solution provider
