職務内容
ユーティリティ業界（特に電力業界）向けの財務会計領域におけるコンサルティングサービスを強化しており、立上げフェーズからこの領域を牽引いただけるリーダー人材を募集しています。
主な業務内容：
- 財務会計領域における新規ビジネスの企画・提案
- 電力業界のクライアントに対する業務改革・システム導入・プロセス改善等のコンサルティング提供
- プロジェクトの全体設計、実行計画の策定、デリバリーのリード
- クライアントとの関係構築および信頼関係の維持・強化
- チームの立ち上げおよびメンバーの採用への協力・育成・マネジメント
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携によるサービス品質の向上など
応募要件
必須（MUST）
主にコンサルティングファームにてコンサルタントとしての職務経験をお持ちの方、または事業会社にて実務経験をお持ちの方を対象としています。
コンサルティングファーム経験者の場合
- コンサルティングファームにおいて3年を超える業務改善、システム導入コンサルティング経験がある方
- 特に、製造系クライアントやユーティリティ業界経験がある方 (コンサルファームにて、Managerレベル以上の方であれば、営業経験もMissionに含まれ、クライアントとの交渉経験豊富な人材）
- ビジネス英会話能力（クライアントの海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）
事業会社出身者（コンサルティングファーム未経験者）の場合
- 事業会社の経理部・経営企画等でシステム導入PJの経験を有する方またはコンサルを志望する方
歓迎スキル・経験
- 会計システムの導入プロジェクト経験のある方
- 公認会計士、USCPA、日商簿記1級などの資格をお持ちの方
- 電気事業会計の知識がある方
- ＳＡＰ（ＦＩ、CO）等の導入経験者
- ＢＩ系ツールの開発・導入またはユーザーとしてデータ解析ツールの利用経験者
（Tableau、QlikView、Power BI、Cognos、Hyperion、SAS、SPSS等）
