* Oversee Japan's annual budget and ensure financial targets are met
* Ensure statutory regulations are adhered to
* Implement an internal audit program
* Submit required financial reports
* Coordinate audit reviews

理想の人材
* 7+ years' experience corresponding to FSA and other regulators in the CFD sector
* 3+ years' experience in managing client equity and balance at trust bank
* 3+ years' experience in calculating daily capital regulatory ratio
* Solid understanding of Financial Instruments and Exchange Act
* Fluency in Japanese
* Business level English
