ジョブタイトル：QA Qualified Person（品質保証責任者又は同候補生） １：ミッション (Basic purpose of the job) 動物用医薬品のGQP省令で求められる品質保証業務を実施する（品質保証部門/品質保証責任者の役割と責任） 医薬品医療機器等法、動物用医薬品法令及びBI基準を満足する品質システムを構築し、維持及び改善に努める。 日本市場に高品質の製品を安定的に供給する。 ２：職務の説明 製品QAグループ（品質保証部門）品質保証責任者としてのGQP業務及び製造所管理 製品品質に関連する問題が発生した場合、製品が出荷されるまでに、調査・分析を行うと共に、製造所に対して適切な指示を行う。更に、製品品質問題解決に率先して取り組み、関連部門と協働する。 製造所との取り決めを締結し、適宜更新する。 製造所の製造管理及び品質管理の定期的な確認を実施する GQP業務（出荷判定、品質不良及び苦情報告処理、品質に関するトレンド分析、逸脱管理、変更管理、回収処理、自己点検、教育訓練、文書管理等）を実施する。 総括製造販売責任者、安全管理統括部門及び関連部署と密にコミュニケーションをとり、適切なアクションを提案・報告をする。また、総括製造販売責任者の指示に基づき所要の対応を行う。 最新の医薬品医療機器等法、動物用医薬品法令及びBI基準の情報に基づき、品質システムの適格性を評価し、ローカルの業務の変更及び改善をリードする。 BI Global Quality主導のプロジェクトに関する情報を収集し、関連するプロジェクトや会議に参加・貢献する。 3：責任 品質に関する情報（出荷判定前の製造、試験、不良等の情報、並びに出荷判定後の日本の市場からの情報）を分析・評価し、製造業者及び関係者に対して適切なアクションを示す。 品質上の問題が起きた際にリスクを最小限にするため海外製造所と協働して適切なアクションを総括製造販売責任者に提案する。 製造記録及び試験記録の結果を評価し、BIAHJの製品を市場に出荷する。 国内外の製造業者やサプライヤーとの品質に関する取り決め書（Quality Agreement）を作成・維持し、BIの監査を通じて製造業者やサプライヤーの業務を監督する。 最新の関連法令やBI基準とローカル業務とのギャップの分析・評価を行い、関係者に周知及び指導する。必要に応じてローカルの業務手順書を作成・改訂し、作成した文書を適切に管理する。 ローカルの品質システムのオーナーとして、BI Global Quality主導の研修や会議に参加し、関連するプロジェクトに参加・貢献する BIAHJの組織に品質に関する要件及び知識を提供及び共有する。 QA組織の機動力を高めるための戦略を提供する。 ※品質保証責任者候補生として採用された場合には、着任から3年程度を目安として上記の役割と責任を果たせる見込みの者とする。
