ANA＆ジャパンパートナーシップマネージャー（東京コーポレートオフィス） Manager ANA and Japan Partnerships (Tokyo Corporate Office) ANA&ジャパンパートナーシップマネージャーは、業績動向の分析支援、競合環境の把握、ならびに指定地域における会員獲得、会員維持、シェア・オブ・ウォレット、エンゲージメント、および収益の向上を図るための戦術的なパートナーシップ施策の実施を担当します。この役職は、地域全体の営業、運営、マーケティング部門の同僚と連携し、全ブランドにおけるパートナーシップ実績の向上を支援します。また、当社の戦略的合弁事業であるANAの現地市場向け計画の実行も担当します。 主な職務内容 • 日本におけるANAの現地計画の実行を主導する • メインストリームブランドおよびラグジュアリーブランド双方のロイヤリティおよびコマーシャルパフォーマンスを加速させるため、施設内および施設外における収益拡大・会員獲得の戦術を実行する • 各市場におけるパートナーシップのパフォーマンス（例：会員獲得、貢献度）の追跡管理を行い、パフォーマンスを最適化し、貢献度および増分収益を実現するためのパートナーシップ戦術を実施する • 地域ごとのコマーシャルフォーラムにおいて、プログラムおよびパートナーシップを代表して発言し、具体的な知見が効果的に伝達されるよう確保するとともに、課題への対応、機会の活用、成長の推進に向けた行動計画を策定する • ロイヤリティ・パフォーマンスチームと連携し、地域のニーズがグローバルなロイヤリティおよびパートナーシップ戦略に適切に反映されるよう確保する • グローバルなロイヤリティおよびパートナーシップ計画を事業部門の計画と連携・統合し、確実なフィードバックループを確保する • 当該地域における市場パートナーのポートフォリオ拡大に伴い、そのパフォーマンスを最適化する 主なスキルおよび経験 学歴 • 関連分野の学士号または修士号、あるいはそれに相当する学歴と実務経験の組み合わせ 経験 • 戦略、コンサルティング、プロフェッショナルサービス、および／またはロイヤリティプログラム管理の分野において、5年以上の段階的な実務経験があり、商業的な成功実績を有すること。旅行業界またはホスピタリティ業界での経験が望ましい 技術的スキルおよび知識 • 業界知識 - ロイヤリティプログラム、ホテル業界、および世界の消費者動向に関する経験と知見 •
