Work Schedule Other Environmental Conditions Office Job Description ポジションについて Commercial Enablementチームは Corporate Strategy & Marketing に所属し、日本国内のサーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィックグループ8つの主要ビジネスに対して、営業・マーケティング組織の生産性改善を通じて、ビジネスの成長を加速させるために必要な進化を生み出す戦略的組織です。このポジションは、みずからあるいはチームメンバーと共に、主要イニシアチブを実践し事業活動の成功を支える、言わば社内コンサルタントを担っていただきます。日本のシニアマネジメントだけでなく、グローバル、リージョンのコマーシャルエクセレンス組織とも緊密に連携し、データ分析に基づくインサイトの提供と実行のけん引によってビジネスパフォーマンスの向上に貢献していきます。 主な役割 営業・マーケティングの生産性を阻害している障壁について精査し、その障壁を解決可能な課題に分解し、営業・マーケティング、その他組織横断で課題解決のプロジェクトをリードする。 営業・マーケティング活動の実行に必要となるその機能について、その仕組み（IT、オペレーション、ワークフロー）を確立し、実用化する。また、解決した課題によって得られるベネフィットを事業部内で展開し、ビジネスの加速に貢献する。 事業戦略についての理解を持ったうえで、データから得られる洞察に基づいた意思決定のプロセスをけん引する。 イニシアチブについての優先順位付け、取り組み方を最適化するとともに、社内の主要な関係者との間で利害関係の衝突を調整し、物事を前に進める。 経験に関しての最低限の要件 Business Process Re-engineeringのプロジェクトをリードし、事業部門の生産性向上に寄与した経験 プロジェクトマネージメント、課題解決、プレゼンテーション、対人関係について能力を発揮し、ビジネスの加速を支援した経験 口頭と文書両方でのコミュニケーション能力を発揮してきた経験（英語、日本語） 経験に関しての好ましい要件 多国籍企業のマトリックス組織で働いた経験 マトリックス組織の中で主要な関係者に対してその意思決定の支援をしてきた経験 限定的な条件下でも優先順位付けと利害の衝突を調整した経験 ペースの早い環境の中での就業経験 複数の時間的猶予のないプロジェクトで結果を出してきた経験 リレーショナルデータベースを利用したシステム開発の技術の活用経験 好ましい特性 論理的思考、水平思考、批判的思考をもって論点の整理ができる 自分の考えをロジカルに言語化できる 複雑性、多様性が高く、またVUCAの状況下の中でもその環境を楽しめるメンタリティ
