◆部門概要 RWAS (Real-World & Analytics Solutions), Medical Information Strategy ・リアルワールドデータ(日常における医療・健康ビッグデータ)の真の活用を軸に、国内外におけるIQVIAの様々なケイパビリティをつないで新たな価値を創出していく部署です。 ・同部門には、データサイエンス、医療IT、患者中心、IT技術開発を軸に組成されるチームがあり、多様な能力を持つメンバーとの協働はもちろんのこと、部門外の様々なチームと日常的に関わりながら業務を遂行します 。 ◆業務内容 事業責任者及び社内外の複数の関係者とともに、医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータを活用したソリューションの開発と継続的な改善を技術観点からリード頂きます。 •医療ヘルスケア領域の新規ソリューションの開発～実装、運用までをハンズオンおよびチームをリードして実行する•グローバルを含む社内関係者及び社外ステークホルダーと連携してプロジェクトを管理推進する•IQVIAの中長期戦略に基づいた、最適なプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスコンセプトの企画、ロードマップ作成及びバックログ管理 ◆ポジションへの期待値 ・自律的に動く：自らの役割を限定することなく目的達成のためにできることを積極的に探していくマインドセットを期待します。 ・速やかなキャッチアップ：国内外IQVIAの多岐に富むケイパビリティと人、そしてリアルワールドデータ、医療情報など関連性の深い内容への学習意欲と速度を期待します。 ・人の巻き込み：国内外、社内外のステークホルダを巻き込み、課題解決に向けて推進できる（広い意味での）コミュニケーション能力を期待します。 ・曖昧さを楽しむ：新規事業ならではの不確実さ、曖昧さ、unstructuredな状況を楽しむことのできるマインドセットを期待します。 ◆ポジションのやりがい ・AI、自然言語処理など最先端の技術も活用してヘルスケアに変革を起こすことを目指します。また、医療ITにおける最新の技術（FHIR、データモデルなど）について専門性を深めることもできます。 ・ヘルスケア領域での新規事業開発、推進において技術的側面からソリューション開発やプロジェクト推進を行うエキサイティングなポジションです。 ・IQVIAの様々な部門、ソリューション、人と連携します。 ◆過去のProject事例 ・AI/自然言語処理技術を活用したデータ分析、新規サービス及びプロダクト開発 ・真のリアルワールドデータ活用を目的とした、医療機関ネットワーク構築 ◆チームの雰囲気 ・ 多様な能力バックグラウンドを持つ精鋭メンバー集団です。 ・ IQVIAの総力を駆使し、医療・健康領域における複雑な課題を解決する事業を創出していくベンチャースピリットあふれるチームです。 ◆応募要件 【必須】 ・ソフトウェア、サービス開発、SIプロジェクト、いずれかにおける5年以上の技術部隊での経験、および、長期的な製品ポートフォリオ・ロードマップの策定管理経験 ・5人以上のメンバーを率いたプロダクトオーナー、プロジェクトマネージャなどの経験2年以上またはそれに相当する経験
