職務内容 血液凝固因子製剤製品群（血友病）、及び希少血液疾患に特化し、今後開発・製品化される自社医薬品の売上を最大化させる。 そのために既存の顧客、及び将来可能性のある顧客を正しく把握し、担当エリアにおいて適確なテリトリー戦略を自ら立案する。 KOL/重要顧客への面談アクセス方法の確立、効果的なアプローチ方法、セリングスキルを用いてスピード溢れる積極的な活動を展開していく。 我々は、法律、規定、サノフィコンプライアンス・ポリシーを適切に遵守し、医療関係者を通じ医薬情報提供活動・最適な治療提案を行っていくことで、診断をされている希少血液疾患の患者だけでなく未診断の患者も含めた「すべての患者」へ貢献していくことを目的としている。 Key Responsibilities:（主な職務内容） 1．売上目標達成に責任を持つ 担当地区において医療機関を訪問し、医療従事者に製品情報を提供することで売上の最大化を図る 担当地区の分析を行い、優先順位の高い医療機関、また難度が高い医療機関の口座開設に注力し、ターゲット顧客へ医薬情報提供を通じ、製品の最大化を図る。 専門医施設だけでなく、対象疾患の存在する非専門医施設にも効果的な頻回訪問を行い、まだ適切な治療を受けられていない患者さんへ、医療関係者を通じ最適な治療提案を実行していく。 顧客のニーズを理解・把握し、密なコミュニケーションを取ることにより、説得力のあるセリングスキルを身に着け、実行する 2．KOL/重要顧客の行動変容を促し、治療における方針変革・アップデートを行う KOL、非専門医を含めた重要顧客に対し、製品適正使用・患者のための最適な治療方針を促すため、効果的なアプローチを行う 最適な講演会企画を立案し実施・満足度の高い説明会の実行、高いセリングスキルを用いて疾患診療ディスカッション、症例毎の治療ディスカッションを展開する 3．希少血液疾患のスペシャリストとして、より専門的な疾患知識・製品知識の習得、高いアウトプットスキルを身につけるために日々研鑽を行う 4．その他 PMSの調査票について、契約機関の担当医師に対してガイドラインの基づき適宜進捗状況管理を行い、期限内に回収を完了 上市予定の希少血液疾患の対象症例の発見を効率良く行うためのテリトリープランの立案・実行 Experience Requirements：（求められる経験） 製薬会社でのMR経験 基幹病院担当の経験 血液内科領域での経験、知識があれば尚可 新薬上市の経験ある方 尚可 Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required:（求められるスキル・資格） 優れたコミュニケーション能力 高い問題解決能力/分析力/交渉力 大学卒業または同等レベルの一般教養・接遇力 普通自動車免許お持ちの方 予定担当エリア：京都府、大阪府一部（高槻市他） Pursue
