お客様からの様々な需要やニーズに対応するために、AWS では AWS パートナーネットワーク（APN）というグローバルコミュニティを通じ、多数のパートナー企業と協力してお客様の技術的課題の解決を行っています。お客様の AWS 利用に関する計画とその実現を成功に導くために、 AWS では、APN パートナー企業におけるビジネスの推進や活動を支援する Technical Account Manager を募集しています。 Technical Account Manager (Partner-led)は、APN パートナー企業がAWS上で技術的なソリューションを実現するための支援、またそれを運用していく中でAPN パートナーが直面する様々な課題の解決の支援を行います。APN は、AWS のテクノロジー、プログラム、専門知識、ツールを活用してお客様向けのソリューションとサービスを構築するグローバルコミュニティです。AWS のお客様は、デジタルネイティブと呼ばれる企業群、SaaS アプリケーション提供企業から、伝統ある日本企業、複数の業種にまたがる大企業、そしていまや公共団体にまで拡がっています。これらのお客様に対し、パートナーと AWS は協力して革新的なソリューションを提供し、技術的課題を解決します。TAM (Partner-led) は複数のAPNパートナー企業を担当し、APN パートナーが抱える技術的に難しい問題の解決を支援し、必要に応じて技術的なガイダンスを提供し、そして、システムアーキテクチャやオペレーションに対して技術的なレビューを実施します。 それらに加えて、TAMは AWSJ および AWS 内ではお客様とAPN パートナーの代弁者として行動する事が期待されています。このポジションでは、必要に応じて顧客を訪問することがあります。この仕事を通じて、あなたはお客様のシステムアーキテクチャや技術的オペレーションに習熟しながら、APNパートナーとの間に強いプロフェッショナルな信頼関係を築く事ができるでしょう。 これまでTAMとして採用された候補者の多くは、ネットワーク、データベース、アプリケーションサーバー、オペレーティングシステム、プログラミングといったインターネットを利用したサービスに関係する技術に対する経験を持ち、それらのうち１つ以上の分野に習熟しています。過去のクラウドコンピューティングの経験は必須ではありません。また、開発や社内情報システム部門で活躍されていた方も採用され、活躍しています。入社後には、AWSに関する専門的な技術を習得するための3ヶ月にわたるトレーニングが提供されます。 AWS を活用した大規模なワークロードをサポートできるやりがいのある職種です。 Flex Time 制度などの柔軟な働き方と、入社後3か月にわたるトレーニングをはじめとする
