[職務内容] キッティングサービスの提案、構築、運用、実施(作業含む)を担当頂きます。 キッティングセンターでは、Windows(Intune/Autopilot/Cloning)、Chromebook(Enroll/ZTE)、Androidなどを対象としたサービスを提供しています。 少人数のため、キッティングセンターの業務全般を全員で手分けして対応しています。また作業の自動化を進めています。 案件受付～出荷、また手順書作成やサービス開発、検証業務から、チラシ作成、勉強会実施などキッティングセンター業務全般を担当頂きます。 [具体的な職務内容] (キッティングルーチン) • 案件受付、情報精査、事前作業、納期含めた調整（当社担当営業や協力会社とのやりとりとなります） • 在庫管理(棚卸)、仕分け、送荷調整、出荷処理、不良処理 • 作業手順策定、工程管理、人員配置 • 作業の自動化、作業ログの自動検証(JS/PHP/Python/PS/VBS/VBA/Cなど) • 実作業、不具合切り分け • 作業レポート、完成図書の作成、当社担当営業への連絡 • 品質管理 (キッティング案件対応) • 販売店・エンドユーザーとのMTG(オンライン/オフライン) • エンドユーザーの課題抽出と解決提案 • クラウド環境の構築や検証業務など (キッティングサービス開発・展開) • 新製品、新技術の調査・検証、サービス化検討 • サービス化(提案資料、設定項目検討、ヒヤリングシート作成、チラシ作成、型番登録、価格表作成） • 社内外への勉強会実施、イベントでの説明など (その他)
