【職務概要】 契約締結前の審査フェーズの課題にフォーカスしたAIプラットフォームと、契約締結後の契約管理フェーズを支援するAI契約管理システムを中心にサービスを開発・提供し、多くの反響をいただいております。 【仕事内容】 このポジションでは、開発組織でオーナーシップを持ってプロダクトの外部品質や開発チームの内部品質、プロセス品質の可視化や改善に取り組むQAエンジニア職をご担当いただきます。 ■どういう使命や課題に取り組むのか * 市場ニーズ、すなわち「品質」を圧倒的なスピードで提供するため、品質に関する幅広い知見を駆使してプロセスを構築し、品質の作りこみ状況を可視化して改善する * 幅広い技術知見を背景として、ディスカバリートラックからデリバリートラックに至るプロセス全体に及ぶ品質保証活動のチューニングを進め、さらなるスピードアップに取り組む ■どういう業務に取り組むのか 具体的には以下のような業務を担当していただく想定です。 * ディスカバリートラックにおける、要求開発等の要求整理・検証技術を用いた品質の作りこみ * 幅広い品質施策の知見を背景として、品質目標・組織の実力・見積もりを考慮したテスト計画の策定 * デリバリートラックにおけるUML等の各種モデリング技術を用いた設計検証や成果物レビュー * テスト分析技術・テスト設計技術を用いたテスト設計および実行 * ODC分析等の品質可視化技術を用いたプロセスおよびプロダクト品質のKPI設定と測定 * 各種ふりかえり技法、定量・定性分析技法を用いた品質・生産性改善施策の提案と遂行 * ファシリテーション等の技術を用いた組織間の品質活動調整 【必須スキル】 * JSTQB認定テスト技術者資格 Foundation Level や初級ソフトウェア品質技術者資格のシラバスにある項目の理解 * 基本情報技術者試験資格、もしくはそれに相当するエンジニアリングに関する包括的知見 * 数人月以上の規模の開発案件に対するテスト計画立案及び遂行経験 *
