Recursiveについて RecursiveはSDGs×AIをコンセプトにしたAIスタートアップです。世界の人口増加に伴い、私たちは、環境保全、社会的公平性、デジタル経済への移行に誰も取り残されないようにすることなど、さまざまなグローバルな課題に直面しています。人工知能は、これらの課題の一部を解決するだけでなく、より持続可能な経済とライフスタイルを実現するための全く新しい革新的なアプローチを生み出すのに役立つ重要な技術です。Recursiveは、日本に拠点を置くAIコンサルティング会社で、これらの困難な問題に対するソリューションの開発に取り組んでいます。私たちは、国内外の大企業と協力して、持続可能性の課題に対する革新的なソリューションを生み出し、私たちのAI研究の専門知識とクライアントのドメイン知識を融合させています。私たちの開発プロジェクトは、効率性の向上、イノベーションの加速、リスクの軽減、より良い仕事と教育といった主なテーマに焦点を当てています。Recursiveは、ティアゴ・ラマルと山田勝俊によって設立されました。ティアゴは、Google Deepmindのシニア・リサーチ・エンジニア、Cogent labsのリード・リサーチ・サイエンティストを務め、長年にわたる機械学習の専門知識で会社に貢献しました。山田勝俊は、連続起業家であり、AIの専門家として、国内外で革新的なビジネスモデルの開発・確立に携わってきました。 プロジェクトの詳しい内容はGoogle Cloudでのプレゼンテーション及びPIVOTでのインタビューをご覧ください。 責任と役割 FP&A（Financial Planning & Analysis、財務計画および分析）は、企業の経営戦略を支援するための重要な役割を担っています。FP&Aの業務内容は多岐にわたりますが、主なものには以下のようなものがあります。 ・予算策定: 企業の財務目標を設定し、それに基づいた年間予算や中期経営計画の作成を行います。これには、各部門からの要求をまとめ、上層部と調整しながら最終的な予算を策定するプロセスが含まれます。 ・財務予測: 市場の動向、業績データ、その他外部環境の変化を考慮に入れながら、財務予測を更新し、将来の財務状況を予測します。これは短期（四半期ごとの予測）および長期（年間またはそれ以上）の両方に対して行われます。 ・パフォーマンスの分析: 実際の財務成績と予算または予測との比較を行い、差異の分析を通じてパフォーマンスの評価を行います。この分析は、費用の管理、効率性の向上、リスクの特定に役立ちます。 ・レポーティング: 定期的に財務レポートを作成し、経営陣やCVCに対して現在の財務状況や予算達成度、リスク要因などを報告します。これには、損益計算書、貸借対照表、キャッシュフロー計算書の分析が含まれることが多いです。 ・意思決定のサポート: 経営陣の意思決定を支援するためのデータ駆動のインサイトを提供します。新規投資の評価、コスト削減策の提案、事業拡大の機会の特定などがこれに該当します。 ・プロジェクトマネジメント: 特定のプロジェクトや取り組みの財務面を管理します。予算の配分、費用の追跡、プロジェクトのROI（投資収益率）の計算などを行います。 ・FP&Aは、単に数字を追跡するだけでなく、戦略的な洞察を提供し、企業の成長と効率化を促進するための重要な役割を担っています。 期待すること ・財務知識: 財務関連の知識が必要です。財務報告書の理解や財務指標の計算など、財務に関する幅広い知識が求められます。 ・数値分析能力: 数字を読み取り、分析し、解釈する能力が必要です。財務データや予算情報を分析し、ビジネスの健全性や成長の可能性を評価することが求められます。 ・予算策定能力: ビジネスの目標や戦略に基づいて予算を策定し、管理する能力が必要です。予算の立案から実行、モニタリング、レポーティングまでを行います。 ・予測能力: 将来の財務状況や業績を予測する能力が求められます。市場動向や業界のトレンドを分析し、将来の収益や費用、キャッシュフローなどを予測します。 ・コミュニケーション能力: 財務データや予算情報を分かりやすく説明し、他部門や上級管理者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取る能力が重要です。ビジネスの意思決定に影響を与えるため、明確で的確なコミュニケーションが求められます。 ・問題解決能力:
