XXXはグローバルITコンサルティングファームとして、2000年にフランス・パリで設立されました。設立以来、世界各拠点の連携を生かし、世界中の企業にグローバルプロジェクトのコンサルティングサービ スを提供しています。 2008年に日本に設立された当社も、国内外の企業へ業務改革につながるソリューションを企画・提案・導入しており、案件全体の70%以上をグローバルプロジェクトが占めています。また、改革の成功に重要なチェンジマネジメント事業にも力を入れており、企業に向けてトレーニングや資格提供を行っています。事業以外では、社会の一員としてCSR活動も積極的に行っております。 また、当社ではフラットで社員同士の距離も近く、個を尊重する社風であり、多様性に富んだ働き方が可能です。 業務内容 マネージャー or Higher * プロジェクトマネージャーとして、プロジェクトの立ち上げから遂行まで、ステークホルダーを牽引しながらプロジェクト成功に向けデリバリーを行います。 * 当チームのミッション達成に向けたビジネススキーム構築・実行を行います。 * 主に、グローバル各リージョンと共同提案や営業部門との協業による営業活動を手掛けていただきます。加えて、構築されたビジネススキームを活用したビジネスプランを作成し、チームのミッション・ビジョン・バリューを創造し、チームが進むべき方向へ導きます。 シニアコンサルタント * 業務プロセス、製品機能、プロジェクトワーク全ての面から専門家として対応策を立案し、クライアントおよびメンバーをリードします。 * プロジェクトマネージャーと共に、システム構想・担当領域の品質管理・プリセールスサポートなど上流工程に携わりながら、より大きな視点でプロジェクトデリバリーを行います。 コンサルタント * プロジェクトマネージャー、あるいはシニアコンサルタントと共にプロジェクトデリバリー(要件定義、コンフィグレーション、パラメータ設定など)を行います。 * 上記に加え、コンサルティングワークとして会議開催、議事録、課題管理、ドキュメンテーション、グローバルメンバーとのやりとり・調整等を手掛けていきます。 ビジネスアナリスト * 認定資格の取得支援がございますので、まずは製品知識を身に付けていきながら概要設計からシステムテストまでの設計・テスト(コンフィギュレーション・パラメータ設定等含む)を行います。 * 上記に加え、コンサルティングワークとして会議開催、議事録、課題管理、ドキュメンテーション、グローバルメンバーとのやりとり・調整等を手掛けていきます。 応募資格 マネージャーor Higher 以下①〜③を満たす方を対象としております。 ① 人事システムの導入コンサルティングについて5~10年以上の経験をお持ちの方 ・人事、勤怠、給与、タレントマネジメントのプロジェクトデリバリー/マネジメント経験
