このポジションでは、Amazonで急速な進化を遂げる広告事業において、広告主様に対するマーケティング戦略及び企画の提供と、それによるブランド課題の解決を主導いただきます。Amazonの保有するファーストパーティデータからインサイトを発掘し、自社のソリューションを駆使したコミュニケーションアイデアをもって広告主様のブランドの成長を支援します。私たちの提供するサービスはオンライン広告だけにとどまりません。Amazon EchoやFire TVといった自社デバイスの他、荷物が配送される段ボール箱やオフラインイベントなどのリアルな情報接点に至るまで、あらゆるソリューションを複合的に組み合わせ、「Amazonにしかできない提案」を開発、推進していきます。また、業務を進行にあたっては、海外を含めた社内外の複数のチームと緊密に連携し、協働していくプロジェクトマネジメント力が求められます。 Key job responsibilities - 広告主様のマーケティングパートナーとして、データ分析に基づく課題発掘からソリューション開発までの戦略立案を指揮する。 - 上記戦略に基づいた｢Amazonならでは｣のコミュニケーションプランニングを主導する。 - プラン実施時において迅速なPDCAサイクルを運営し、より効率的・効果的なキャンペーン進行を実現させる。 - 広告主様のマーケティング責任者と信頼関係を構築し、ブランド成長のために有効なコミュニケーションを主導する。 - 広告事業部内外の複数のチームを統率し、プロジェクトオーナーとして企画の推進・実現にあたる。 - 広告会社様や協力会社各社様との協働を通じ、Amazonの広告事業の付加価値の向上に貢献する。 - 社内の海外部門と緊密に連携し、他国事例の収集や日本国内での成功例の共有を通じて、Amazon全体の知見の強化と、広告主様に対する提案内容の充実を実現させる。 - 自身の担当業務領域を超え、広告事業全体に貢献できるプロジェクトに参画することで、Amazonの提供するプロダクト、サービス、リソースの質的向上に寄与する。 A day in the life 広告主様のビジネスコンディション・組織構造・中期経営計画等の情報を理解したうえで、各ブランドが置かれた状況を定量的に分析し、広告主様自身も気付いていない本質課題を発見、ソリューション提案を行います。提案にあたっては、海外を含めた社内の複数部署のメンバーから成るアカウントチームを統率し、戦略の骨子立案を主導するとともに、各メンバーの役割を明確に定義づけ、プロジェクトを指揮します。また、広告主様側の意思決定者を見極め、自ら関係構築を行うことで、上司や組織に頼ることなくご自身でプロジェクトを推進できる環境を創出します。同様に、広告会社様や協力会社各社様との協業推進も重要な役割の一つです。 About the team Large Customer Sales (LCS) は、日本を代表する大手企業様やグローバル企業様向けのマーケティングパートナーとして、お客様を最優先に考え、提案活動を行うチームです。Amazonにおける広告事業とは言え、販売促進を目的としたコミュニケーション提案だけでなく、広告主様のブランドの認知向上を目的としたコミュニケーション提案も日々行っています。広告接触から購買までのカスタマージャーニーを可視化し、フルファネルでの効果測定を用いて広告主様に対して価値ある提案ができる点が醍醐味です。そのLCSの中で、このポジションは、主に日用消費財カテゴリーの広告主様を担当いただく営業担当となります。TVCMやSNS上で日々目にする大手メーカー様に対し、Amazonならではのマーケティングソリューションをご提供することで、ブランドのビジネスゴール達成を支援しています。
プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager Description - 事業内容 ・PC関連のマネージドサービス（Managed Device Service - MDS） ・プリンター関連のマネージドサービス（Managed Print Service - MPS） マネージドサービス導入時のプロジェクト管理 ・案件受注後、案件詳細を担当営業より引継ぎ、導入プロジェクトを開始する。 ・マネージドサービスの契約内容を把握し、顧客への説明および導入プロジェクト管理を行う。 ・適切なスケジュールを策定し、顧客と合意のうえ、あらかじめ定められたコストで、導入プロジェクトを遂行する。 ・都度進捗を管理し、顧客への報告、および遅延が発生した場合のリカバリアクションを行う。 ・顧客への報告およびプロジェクト遂行に伴い必要となる資料を作成する。 ・社内関係部署と連携し、必要なサービスを適したタイミングで顧客に提供する。 ・導入完了後、速やかに各種システムへの登録を行い、サービス開始の手続きを行う。 ・契約内容に従い、管理者もしくはユーザー向けトレーニングを実施する。 ・問題発生時には問題管理を開始し、SPOCとなり関連部署の支援のもと問題解決を行う。 必要に応じて、海外の製品部門や保守部門にエスカレーションを実施する。 ・すべてのアクションが完了したのち、保守対応はコールセンターに引き継ぎ、顧客窓口をカスタマーサクセスマネージャーに引き継ぐ。 グローバルインバウンド案件の対応 ・グローバルインバウンド案件の場合、日本国内の導入プロジェクト担当として、社内および顧客の国内外の担当者と各種調整を行う。 ・導入時の各種設定、およびシステム登録を、海外の担当者が実施する場合は、適切な連携を行う。 案件拡大機会の創出 ・導入プロジェクト遂行中に、案件拡大の機会が生じた場合、顧客とのコミュニケーションにより要求事項を的確に把握する。 ・その後、担当営業もしくはカスタマーサクセスマネージャーと連携し、タイムリーに適切な提案を行う。 必要なスキル ・PM PLの経験
