ジョブタイトル タイトル： 経理財務部マネージャー レポート先 OTR/Inventory/Tax Senior Manager 勤務先 東京都江東区 主な目的 リシュモンジャパンは国内で17のブランド、約200のリシュモングループ傘下のブランドブティックを展開し、2,000人以上の従業員を有しています。このポジションは、リシュモンファイナンスコミュニティ全体の一員であり、強固なコンプライアンス・マインドと、自立心、問題解決能力を備えた真のビジネスパートナーであることが期待されています。 このポジションでは、税務申告書の作成、OTR部門の業務全般の管理・監督を担当いただきます。OTRセクションはリシュモンジャパンのビジネスの中核である在庫、関係会社勘定、税金、グループ及び法廷監査の財務諸表作成業務といった重要な領域の経理業務を担っています。このため、グループ会計基準、及び一般公正妥当と認められた会計原則(J-GAAPおよびIFRSの両方)により義務づけられた会計処理に関する知識を有し、適正な財務報告を担保するために細心の注意を払って業務を遂行することが出来るプロフェッショナルを求めています。 また、このポジションは、ロジスティックス、購買、財務、IT部門や他のファイナンスメンバーと緊密に連携し、協力し、当社の事業活動をサポートするための業務を行うことができる強いコミュニケーションスキルとチームプレイヤーであることが期待されています。さらには、デジタル化、ペーパーレス、オペレーション簡素化など、業務効率化に関連するいくつかのイニシアチブやプロジェクトにも積極的に参加することが求められるポジションです。 主な職務 OTR部門のマネージャーの職責 以下のOTR部門の業務の実施、管理監督 税金計算及び税務申告 売上及び売上原価勘定の正確性 月次及び年度決算 関係会社取引、残高調整及び決済 外注及輸入諸掛の処理 在庫管理（在庫調整及び評価） 実地棚卸管理 チームメンバー2～3名管理監督 グループ会計基準・日本基準の準拠と適用 監査対応 業務プロセス及びシステムの改善提案及び実行 プロジェクト ペーパーレス化・デジタル化の実施 システム改修提案及びユーザーテストの実施 プロセスの簡素化と生産性向上 新プロセス開発/スキームの導入 プロフィール: 経験: 事業会社における経理業務全般の経験、又は同等レベルの経理経験 チームの管理経験がある方 スキル:
