アマゾンの「カー＆バイク用品事業部」では、さらなる高成長をと顧客満足度向上を実現するため、担当商品カテゴリーをリードするベンダーマネージャーを募集します。このポジションは、カテゴリーのオーナーとして、当該カテゴリーの売上・利益の最大化を目指し、カテゴリー戦略の立案から実行まですべてを担当し、スピーディに高い成果を出すことが求められます。 【職務内容詳細】 1. 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理 予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行プロセスを管理します。 2. 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善 販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善をリードして行います。 3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化 仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。 4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても、戦略的判断と効果的な折衝・交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。 5. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー） 関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。 6. 社内関連部署との連携 シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、およびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。 7. プロジェクトへの参画 全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。 【主要管理指標】 売上、利益、品揃え、取引条件（共同プロモーションの販売を含む） ＜カー＆バイク用品事業部について＞ 2009年から自動車関連製品の取り扱いを始め、現在はタイヤやホイールなどのパーツ、カーナビやドライブレコーダーなどのエレクトロニクス製品、アクセサリー、メンテナンス用品など、1000万点以上をそろえるストアに成長を続けています。2018年3月から自社ECサイトにおけるカー用品の検索を簡便化する新機能「Auto Parts Finder（オートパーツファインダー）」の提供を開始、2019年12月には自動車整備工場で働いている人や工場経営者など、ビジネス用途で自動車部品をご利用になるお客様のために、検索できる商品の対象をあらかじめ自動車整備工場様が必要とする商品に絞り、探しやすい構成になっている「自動車整備工場ストア」をオープン、2021年10月には「カー用品取付・交換サービス」を一部地域、対象商品(タイヤ)にて開始しました。 参考：アマゾンが「カー用品」1000万種類を売るワケ http://toyokeizai.net/articles/-/214295 【ダイバーシティ・ワークライフバランスの取り組みについて】 Amazonでは、家族と過ごす時間や、趣味に没頭するなど充実したプライベートの時間を大事にすることは、常にInnovativeであり続けるためにとても重要なことと考えます。 Amazon ライフ＆レジャー事業本部では、出産、育児、介護など、様々なライフステージイベントなどに合わせ、社員が自由な勤務体系を選択できる環境が整備されており、多くの社員がこうした制度を活用しながら活躍しています。 ・フレックスタイム制度：
