求人内容 ボッシュは、40万人以上の従業員を擁する国際的に事業を行うテクノロジー企業です。当社のグローバルリアルエステートチームでは、横浜市で建物設備 / ユーティリティ供給技術者を募集しています。 ボッシュの新しい本社ビルであるFUSIONプロジェクトの企画、段取り、立上げに携わって頂きます。 2024年4月の竣工後は社屋内の機械設備システムの運用と管理業務を担って頂きます。当社のオフィスと研究開発棟は、横浜市都筑区のセンター北駅の近くに立地しており、約5万 m2のモダンな建物には研究開発のための精巧な実験設備を含む、まざまな最先端の機械システムを備えています。 当社のリアルエステートコミュニティの一員として、日本および世界各国にいる同僚と建物、システム設計、プロジェクトチームなどで協力して業務を行っていただきます。 仕事の詳細: ・建物設備ユーティリティ供給システムの計画、実装、管理 ― HVAC、暖房設備、冷却水設備、給排水設備、排気設備、ポンプ設備、衛生設備、圧縮空気設備、防災設備、試験施設へのユーティリティ供給を含みます。 ・建物機械設備の運用 - 省エネ、高効率稼働、メンテナンス、法定点検などの最適な管理業務 ・関連する業務についてビル管理会社との調整業務 ・メインシステムのデータ、レポート、手配、原価管理、見積などの定例業務 ・リアルエステートコミュニティのボッシュ社員と高頻度の情報交換 Bosch is a world wide operating technology company with more than 400.000 employees.
