職務内容 1. 社内 IT 部門の財務会計、管理会計チームのリード（支援）すること。 2. 社内業務部門および社内 IT 部門を連携する中心的な役割を果たすこと。 3. 提供する社内システムを通じて＜ビジネスにおける課題を解決していくこと。 4. IT 解決施策を導き出すために、社内他業務システムのメンバと協業すること。 5. システム運用に関する諸ルールを遵守すること。 6. 革新的な提案を創造し、今後の経理領域を支援すること。 7. ERP やその関連する様々な活動団体に参加し、情報収集を行う事により、常に業界における技術動向を把握すること。 必須スキル 1.７年以上の SAP FI/CO の経験を有する。チームマネージメントの経験を有する。 2. 中長期の将来設計に関して全体設計視点で提案が実施出来ること。 3. 業務部門ユーザと合意した時間軸に沿って、プロジェクトおよび関連タスクの進捗管理を実施出来ること。 4. 業務部門からの問合せ（サービスデスク）に関して、スムースな対応を実施すること。 5. システム運用に必要な外部ベンダーのアウトプットに関して適切なモニターを実施すること。 6. 日本語および英語での各関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを実施すること。
