Amazon出品サービスとは Amazon出品サービスは、Amazon以外の企業がAmazonのプラットフォーム上に商品を出品、販売を行うことができる企業向けサービスです。 2007年4月のサービス提供開始から今日に至るまで、多くの法人企業様（以下「販売事業者」)に利用され、さらにその数は毎月増えています。 Amazonのミッションである地球上で最も豊富な品揃えを実現するためには、今後更に様々な商品を販売事業者様にご出品いただくことが不可欠です。 Consumables Account Managerとは Consumables (消費財事業部・以下Consと記載)は、Health&Personal Care, Beauty, Grocery, Wine, Pet, Babyの商品群の総称です。 そして、Account Managerとは、出品サービスを検討する販売事業者様の獲得、各種機能の導入提案や、販売促進のためのコンサルテーションなどを行う新規営業担当者です。新規販売事業者様の獲得はAmazonの中長期的な成長に不可欠であり、最も重要な機能のひとつです。今までAmazon上で手に入らなかったブランドや商品を自分たちが主体的に獲得するミッションはカスタマーの購買体験を直接的に向上させ、Amazonの品ぞろえを魅力的にする非常に重要なポジションです。 このポジションは、Cons商材を販売している販売事業者様を対象とするAccount Manager（新規営業担当）です。 Cons Account Managerの役割 新たにAmazon.co.jpへ出品を検討する販売事業者様の獲得と、売上高最大化を目標として、迅速に営業活動を行い、結果を出すことが求められます。 販売事業者様の売上ポテンシャルを最大化するためには、販売実績データの分析を行い、分析結果に基づいて具体的なアクションを提案した上で、販売事業者様に実行していただくことが求められています。 そのためには、各販売事業者の販売データや、商品ジャンルごとの売上ランキングデータなどを、多角的かつ迅速に分析した上で、短期的・中長期的に取るべきアクションを特定し、各販売事業者様に提案し、実行のサポートをします。 1) 営業戦略の立案 年間目標（販売事業者数、流通総額）達成のために、どのような販売事業者様を獲得すべきか、どのようにピッチすることで獲得するべきか、といった獲得戦略を立てます。その戦略は必ず、論理的、効果的、効率的、現実的であることが求められます。 2) 電話・メールなどを活用した新規営業 立てた戦略に基づいて、迅速、かつ積極的に営業活動を行い、結果を出すことが求められます。そのためには、アマゾン出品サービスについて、どんなタイプの販売事業者様に対しても分かりやすい説明ができる高いコミュニケーション力も必要です。 3) 営業成績のタイムリーなモニタリングとリカバリーアクションの策定と実行 年間目標達成のためには、立案した営業戦略に対する進捗をタイムリーに把握し、進捗状況に応じた柔軟なアクションの見直しが必要です。また、新規販売事業者の売上ポテンシャルを最大化するためには、販売実績データの分析を行い、分析結果に基づいた具体的なアクションを販売事業者様に提案いただくことが求められます。そのためには、各出品者の販売データや、商品ジャンルごとの売上ランキングデータなどを、多角的かつ迅速に分析した上で、短期的・中長期的に取るべきアクションを特定し、各販売事業者様に提案することが必要です。 4) 継続的な営業プロセス改善、および生産性向上のために必要な技術・ツールの積極的導入 年間目標達成のためには、短期的・中長期的にも継続的に営業プロセスを改善していくことが求められます。また、生産性を向上する目的で、新たな技術・ツールを積極的に導入していくことも必要です。 5) 上級管理者への業務報告 定例で実施される営業会議にて、上級管理者への業務報告を実施します。そのためには、自身、チームの年間目標に対する進捗、抱えている課題とそれに対する具体的なアクションを正確に把握していただくことが求められます。 6) 活気・情熱あるチームビルディング チームメンバーと積極的な意見交換、ノウハウの共有を行うことは非常に重要です。会議での積極的な発言など、活気・情熱あるチームビルディングに貢献いただくことが求められます。 求める人物像 急成長するAmazon.co.jpとその出品サービスを支える人物を求めています。具体的には以下のような方を求めています。 1.
